Today I visited the location in Sebring at 11:00 am like I have done many times for before for the lunch special of 4 slices of deep deep pizza and a soda. I was asked to hold on a minute by the lady employee wearing glasses. Another worker came up to the register area on the phone, then walked away, but to come back again. I asked for the Lunch Special and if any of the cheese bread was available. She said the cheese bread had to be made and I told her never mind on that, I just wanted the lunch special. She cashed me and said it would be 15 minutes. I told her wait, you don't have them ready, they are suppose to be ready from 11am-2pm, she said no, it has to be made to order. I told her I couldn't wait because I am on lunch and can I please have a refund. She went to the other lady with the glasses and said he wants a refund. She got mad at me, proceeded to give me a refund, I tried to give her the money back from my change, but she was to busy being mad at me, there were three people behind me waiting, she threw the receipt down on the counter, gave me my money back, I was embarrassed by her acting disrespectfully to me. I will not visit that location never again, I don't have to have their pizza and I don't need to be treated rudely because they didn't have the pizzas ready as advertised and promised on the menu. Read moreI can't stand this place anymore. I use to order pizza here about 3 times a week. We went about a 3 weeks without ordering pizza and the last 3 times that we went back it was a horrible experience. First time, I tried calling in my order. It's pointless, they don't answer their phones. So finally drive up there to place order and since the promotion was from a certain time frame(which if I didn't spend 45 mins trying to call I would have gotten the special I wanted to try), I was 15 minutes late with the drive and all. I get there, and they had 3 people in back and 1 up front. Place was empty. I explained my situation and was thinking manager would understand since he admitedly said they were short staff and had nobody to answer the phone. As I'm looking around at the empty store thinking how is that possible. He didn't give me the special I came for. And all he kept saying was that it's not their fault and that they needed to hire someone for the phones. I couldn't help but think how that was my problem 🤦. Next 2 times within 2 weeks off each other. The wait time was rediclous. They say 20 mins they mean 45 mins. People were arguing outside with staff and inside people were standing elbow to elbow. Read moreAdvice order ahead as it appears they were backed up a bit and had long line in small space - if COVID real this might be a hot spot - so busy for sure we waited a bit long for our pie - but enjoyed it the same - Customers here are more a problem one guy so rich he let his care Idle for 20 mins in the fire lane - was waiting for someone to hop in and drive off while he was clearly preoccupied. Many doing curbside wait - Blocking the lane for safety and the handicapped - sure there nice and we’re clueless to there doing - the pizza was great - deep dish Detroit style - it was ok for “Detroit” style - I used to manage a Little Caesar’s (several stores) - so know there sitch so 5 stars for the east no contact service !!! Wish that was a thing 30 years ago before computers it was so different
