Second Time Around — Attraction in Seminole

I'm so glad that I gave this store a second chance! I went in about 6 months ago to get a feel for the place to see if I would like to bring my belongings there to sell and it didn't feel like the right fit and after reading reviews, I thought I made the right decision. When I heard that they were under new ownership I decided to give it another try. I can't believe how much difference can be made in such a short time. As a former store manager of a retail clothing store, I know when things look good and the new owner definitely has made some improvements! The Second Time Around truly lives up to the title of 'Consignment Boutique'. There are cute and up to date window displays, amazing merchandise for me, my husband, my toddler son, and our home - some with tags still!! I've been back every week to see what's new and last time I hit the jackpot, getting my son a TON of clothes (Janie & Jack, Polo, Baby Gap, Nautica, & Calvin Klein) for such a good price. I'll definitely be back and will tell everyone I know to sell...

I do not usually rate and review but this used to be my favorite consignment store. I shopped and consigned with the previous owner since 1998. Prices were great, items were great and I use to make money consigning. Every time I would bring items in she liked my things and took most and the next time I showed up I was almost always guarantee $100, which in turn I would usually re-spend in the store. People have said that the previous owner was rude and I heard it many times when I was in the store under new ownership and I also have read the reviews. Victoria was about business and I liked that. She wasn't there to make friends. There is no money to be made here anymore and it is too time consuming to go thru the clutter. It is cute but...

I am writing this on behalf of my wife. I am a caucasian male I would rate this place a zero, but that isn't an option. My wife who is black and daughter who is bi racial went to this establishment to purchase some items. ( they love the items in the window) after spending about 10 minutes in the store without being greeted, talked to, or asked if any assistance was needed, they left. I mean there were only two other customers so at least a greeting would have been appropriate. I hope this was not a race thing. Maybe just a terrible customer service thing. Needless to say they won't be shopping there again. Sad part is they had been looking forward to visiting the store ever since we moved to Seminole.Please treat ALL of your customers...
