I had trouble connecting to the internet this past week on my PC. I ran some diagnostics and they told me my driver was disabled. I called John after seeing all the 5 star reviews he had on Google. He promptly returned my call and said “Let’s see if we can get you up and running right now.” He walked me through the steps very patiently (with my grandkids playing in the background) and had me up and reconnected in no time!! I asked what I owed him and he simply requested; “Can you write a Google review?” He also sent me the steps we did so if the situation occurs again; I can fix it myself! Amazing!!! For the first time in 30 years, I had an issue I couldn't fix. I ran a restore point which literally obliterated Windows on a brand new laptop that I just spent weeks setting up. There was no doing anything, it was gone. I think the registry was miswritten. I looked up computer repair and luckily, I found John. He spoke with me at length. It was like talking to a friend. He took my computer in in that same hour and had it back to me the next morning. He called me with an update on the situation and listened to my preferences on the reinstallation.
