Our Business has tried many different IT companies in the past, and Trusted Relations is just Top Notch!! They are always here in a timely manner and if running late they Always call to give you a heads up!! That's a (3 star in my book) But, by far there knowledge and support to our business needs is (4stars) and why 5 Stars will most IT company's come across either not sociable and can never explain what went wrong in terms that you can understand or make you feel like you're an idiot when you ask questions.. NOT TRUSTED RELATIONS, they go step by step threw the issues that occurred and why and say NO QUESTION is a stupid question... and they always make sure before they leave that all our questions and concerns have been answered!! ... And did I mention they have affordable new and refurbished equipment and IT service plans ... JUST A Great Group...
Read moreI've passed by this business several times over the last few years but was unsure because I have not had the best experiences in the past. Some of the computer places I went to I have a fishy feeling they may have taken parts out of one of my systems. Anyway, I took a chance and stopped in. What surprised me the most was the warm friendly atmosphere. And they have a little company mascot named Timbles the cat. Beyond meeting their mascot I was greeted with someone who actually treated me like a human being and explained my issues fully in regards to how I had gotten a virus even though I had antivirus. Anyway, I had the work done here and my computer works fine nowadays. Its been about a month so i figured thats long enough and that they did the job correctly.
