I was in a panic. My computer would not charge. I need my computer for my job, and work started Jan 2nd. We contacted Gig-Techs, and kind gentleman was available the same day (January 1st). We drove to Shoreline, my husband took the computer into the shop and returned to the car in about 8 minutes. I asked him when the computer could be fixed, he said it had been fixed already. 'What, that was fast!!' I asked my husband the cost. My husband said 'Nothing'. He explained a staple had been found, that had been collected by the magnet on the charger and somehow gotten into the location where the charging cord and the computer meet, the technician had removed the staple, and now the computer was able to take a charge. The repairman explained that he just wanted to be honest with his customers.

Iām not good at tech so I tried to make an appointment with Geek squad to look at it but the only appointment times they had conflicted with family plans.
