First time I've ever had teriyaki and this was okay. I got chicken teriyaki, vegetable yakisoba and 3 different bubble teas. Came to nearly $50. The portions are huge and each of our meals came with rice, a drink and extra teriyaki sauce on the side. Miso soup wasn't available but they make you pay full price anyway. I didn't even need it but its kinda false advertising if you're out of ingredients you know you need to have for the menu. Could barely finish what I had anyway. They were out of pineapple jelly AND Boba for the bubble teas but the lychee jelly worked good with the flavors we had. I wouldn't recommend the bubble tea though as it tastes like the kind you mix with flavored powder, but the food was pretty good. Definitely want to try some other things on their menu.

I normally live there beef teriyaki but I decided to get something different so I order shrimp tempura. After taking a bite I notice that the shrimp wasn’t cleaned of their feces. I called and complained which I’ve been going here for a few yrs and I’ve never complained. She gave me an attitude when I called lied about the time they closed and was told I had to come back at that moment and when I got there not only did she not give me a refund but she didn’t want to remake the order. Should be called dirty teriyaki😬😬😬😬😬

Oh my goodness, the people here are so welcoming and friendly! They made my food so quickly while I was on a short lunch break and it is so incredible! The soy sauce tastes homemade and nothing artificial, the sticky rice is flavorful and my chicken is amazing!! I'll definitely come back and tell my coworkers to come here for lunch! Thanks so much for being open and making great food 😊

The food is rather good but the service is terrible. The lady who answers the phone doesn't seem to have a good grasp on the English language and when she doesn't understand what you are trying to order, she hangs up on you. There was one time I called in and requested Chicken Katsu and she asked me if I wanted to make it a combo. I asked if this meant it included rice and veggies and she said yes, so I agreed. When I arrived, they had made a chicken teriyaki and chicken Katsu combo which is NOT what I had ordered and was more expensive that what I had ordered. When I explained that I only wanted (and ordered) chicken Katsu, the lady disagreed with me adamantly and would not serve me what I had ordered. I left empty handed. This is THE worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced! And it is quite unfortunate that their service is so bad since their food is actually pretty good. Because of the bad service I'm really not sure I'll ever go to this place again-at least not until they show they value their Customers enough to provide good (or at least decent)...

Food is very good, but owners were very rude, ordered two lunches and were asked for additional payment for two miso soupsand felt that we would have to pay even for glasses of water, then and only then were we told that soup and a drink of choice were actually include d in the price if each lunch, they should explain this all when ordering And not expect the customer service to determine what is included, make embarrassing mistakes, and be accused of expecting more than what is included, how do you find out what is included with your lunch special? To expect customers to keep Guessing is rude, We won't go back and never VB recommend this restaurant because of their disprepectful treatment...
