Craft Salon MKE — Attraction in Shorewood

I am so relieved to have found Cara. She is the Hair Professional I have been waiting for all my life. She knows hair and products,and, more than anything, she REALLy listens to her clients.

During Covid she has observed the strictest policies imaginable. She has gone above and beyond to make certain that I felt safe and it has meant the world to me.

Her pricing is more than I have paid in the past but the saying "you get what you pay for" is truer than true. Her pricing is more than fair for the end result. I wish I had realized long ago how important this was--it would have saved me from mediocre haircuts that broke my heart and made me feel like there was no hope for my baby soft, early silver hair. Seeing how she approaches my hair with knowledge, skill and a great listening ear has been amazing.

A bonus is that I get to see Tank (her sweet puppy) whenever I come.

I am beyond happy to have found this wonderful place in Shorewood. I have lived in Shorewood for 4 years and tried many hair salons; Craft is the One. First, the friendliness the moment you step in. Second, the attention paid to what you want from my haircut. Third, the haircut itself!!! I didn't know my hair had all this potential! I have never quite loved my hair. In general, it is another problem in my life that I have to deal with (or not). Both Cara and Ella helped me figure it out and what they did to my hair is almost a miracle. The place is trendy and yet soothing. I honestly did not want to leave the Salon! But that might have something to do with the presence of their adorable and extremely loving Frenchie...:) After decades of searching, I have found MY hair salon. Thank you! PS: If you google Cara you will see that she has won awards and been featured in many magazines... She is a nationally well-known...

I would 100% recommend Craft Salon! I had gone to a curly specialty salon before and unfortunately didn’t have the most welcoming experience, but Craft was a complete 180. Everyone I met was so kind, attentive, and professional.

Teagan really took the time to listen during our consultation and came into the appointment with a clear game plan that made me feel confident in her vision for my hair. I appreciated that she respected my preference for minimal heat and product use, which means a lot to me. As someone with curly hair, it’s not always easy to find a stylist who truly gets it, but Teagan absolutely did.

She even worked magic on a patch that had been neglected by the previous salon, blending everything beautifully. The whole team made the space feel comfortable and friendly. I’m so glad I found Craft, this will definitely be my go-to salon...
