I was so excited to go to this little bookshop and support small business! However, I was disappointed with the customer service. When we walked in the store there was only one other customer in the store and two employees. No one greeted us as we walked in, asked if we needed help or had any questions. . Eventually I did ask about a series and they were able to look it up and had one of the two series I was looking for in the store. I ended up buying two books because I drove 35 minutes to go to the shop and wanted to support a small business. What a gem of a bookstore! It’s clear the owner(s) put a lot of thought into the books, activities and toys they offer. The store itself is adorable, but still very kid friendly for perusing. I went the first time with my preschooler (he got a gift card) and he enjoyed getting to pick out a new book and toy. I just returned to buy a few birthday gifts and I really appreciated the variety - something for every interest and price point. Plus, they offer complimentary gift wrapping....

Large selection of children’s books, with something for all ages and reading ability. Helpful staff. Also has a few puzzles, games, and limited candy options. The setup and decor is well conceived and visually engaging for children. A rolling ladder is available for books on higher shelves. Chess board with chairs is available for anyone looking to play. Clean bathroom available in the store. No parking lot but plenty of street parking available...
