This was a really neat bar. There’s quite a bit of space inside and some interesting things on the walls. Their food is fairly decent and the prices seemed great. The best part of the whole bar is the complementary popcorn for the table. We came here in between a wedding and reception and it was a great choice.

On Saturday night, 6-24-23, we hosted an After Wedding Rehearsal Dinner Party at Camp Bar in Shorewood…. And we had a blast! Our daughter’s wedding was Sunday so we all turned in at about 10 but all our out of town guests had a great time. Lots to do and great service as well. Thanks for a great night!

Pretty cool atmosphere and good service. However, it seems they are supposed to be known for their old fashioneds but I wasn't overly impressed by it. Not particularly memorable or better than I've had at other places.

There is a popcorn machine… However, I once saw someone leave the restroom and head straight for the popcorn without washing their hands. It made me wonder about hygiene policies here, especially since I didn’t notice a designated spot for the scoop. I’m not sure if that’s a health concern, but it definitely gave me pause. I know that in a restaurant setting, hygiene is taken very seriously, so I’d hope the same applies here.

I have visited this place mainly because of two employees who always provided great service and made customers feel valued. Unfortunately, they are no longer here, and from what I’ve gathered, their departure seemed sudden. Interestingly, their names frequently appeared in positive reviews, while some other names that come up in less favorable reviews still appear to be working here.

It feels like management has its favorites, and from what I’ve observed, speaking up might not always be welcomed. As a customer, I’ve noticed that new faces sometimes don’t seem to get served as quickly as the regulars by certain staff, and there are moments when getting a drink takes longer due to ID checks that feel inconsistent.

If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with a basic beer selection (Spotted Cow, Blue Moon, Miller Lite, and occasionally a seasonal Leinenkugel’s), this place might work for you. As for mixed drinks, I’ve personally found them to be on the weaker side, depending on who’s making them.

Overall, I feel like the atmosphere has changed over the years, and for me, it doesn’t have the same appeal it once did. There are plenty of other options nearby with a better selection of...

Holy awesomeness! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I can't believe it took me over a year to come here.... I live less than 2 blocks away. And now that I know how great this place is, that could be dangerous as I feel it could become a new favorite hangout :)

My very first visit to Camp was on a Friday evening, around 9pm. It was jumpin! We found 2 seats at the back bar in the lodge -which is part of the new expansion. We had no idea that Fridays at Camp, from 7-11pm, is $5 Old Fashions any way you like them (whiskey or brandy, sour/sweet/press). The two bartenders helping us did a fantastic job with our drinks. There was a decent amount of ice - as in not too much so you don't get much drink but just enough to keep it cool, they even muttled the sugar cube! love love love I saw they offer drink specials other evenings as well.

The TVs are truly a thing of beauty. The one behind the bar has to be 70". I would love to come watch a Packer game here!

The atmosphere is warm and cozy. I love the north woods log cabin theme and all the décor. This space can be enjoyed by all. During my visit there were people of all ages enjoying cocktails and laughs; there were two groups of people cheerfully celebrating birthdays. During the tolerable months (not winter) they set out several rustic-looking tables and chairs on the sidewalk for people to enjoy their beverages outside... which I will be doing as soon as the snow melts.

I highly recommend Camp for any occasion. Can't...

Camp bar was at the harvest fest today. Unfortunately, they serve a 11.00 dollar mac and cheese bowl which was as small as a basic side. The noodles were harder to chew and the cheese was so thick I need a soda to wash down. When I had ask if this was a side or bowl the lady looked at me and said yup.. then rolled her eyes. My daughter was with me... it was not until then I said this is a no go.. its dry and hard.. she said "ok" . As the years go on and I never say anything about about any negative experiences that I encountered, today was different due to the lack of care. I wasnt looking for a free meal. Maybe a different side. Maybe it was the last of the dish in the back and it was just my side. But the eye roll and lack of care. People spend money and want to experience new resturants for future dining in experiences.. my partner and I eat out weekly. We have never been to the camp bar. Unfortunately, I'm torn between the food and customer service at the same time. Not sure if I'm upset about the food or the fact that I am actually writing a bad review about...
