Indulgence Chocolatiers — Attraction in Shorewood

I'm not sure how long Indulgence Chocolatiers has had this location in Shorewood, but it first caught my eye when passing it as I was on my way to work. It was my first time visiting them at any of their locations and I'm sad that I didn't know about them sooner!

The chocolates that Indulgence Chocolatiers serves up are delectable, rich, and oh so good! I'm picky when it comes to finding great chocolatiers and these folks did NOT let me down.

Trutti (I hope I spelled her name out correctly) was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the products Indulgence Chocolatiers has to offer. She even told us some of her favorite topping and ice cream combinations, since this location sells purple door ice cream by the pint, scoop, and dish (by the way, Indulgence Chocolatiers make all of their to die for toppings from scratch; try the chocolate dipped candied orange peels, or the smoke cherries!!).

Customer service was good. I thought the price of the chocolates we're outtrageously expensive $$$!! We paid $45 for a box of 24 chocolates of our choosing! They were good but so not worth the price!!! In addition, i purcased the dark chocolate ginger & orange peels. They were $8 a bag! I thought they were overpriced! They were delicious though! I sampled the toffee when I got home. Its was chewey not crunchy like toffee should be. I wanted to take it back but i didn't think to keep think to keep...

I had a super easy and pleasant experience here. I had never been in, so I was a little overwhelmed when I saw everything at first because they just have such an amazing selection. The lady who was working was very kind and made sure to let me know to ask if I have any questions.
