We ordered 6 drinks online. I always get a blended mocha without coffee. I've never had a problem until today. They made my drink with decaf. I walked all the way back and returned the entire drink. Before replacing it, Katie made sure to blame me for them making it wrong. She told me next time I should specify hot water. What hot water? It's a cold blended drink. This has become my "go to" place since moving to Milwaukee from Austin, TX. I particularly enjoy the staff who works here and makes me feel at home. Sophie and Amber are always friendly and I think I had one of my favorite "iced mocha's" in Wisconsin since moving here that Amber made. I always come to this shop for coffee since this is only a few steps away from my place the coffee is pretty good Breakfast sandwiches are okay.

I tried their soup twice and its really disappointing that the soup is a warm temperature I asked the lady who took my order if she can warm it up she said she cant coz they don't have a microwave. Soup that come frozen from other vendor should be heated up over 100 degrees.
