We went thinking this was like other trampoline parks out there. The ninja course was pretty neat, but only 1 or 2 people can go at a time, so you wait in line. They have the typical jump floor, dodge ball, foam pit, and basketball trampoline... but that's it. Yes, that's all there is. The website advertises quite a few different attractions like the zip line and the silks, which is the only reason we went there instead of somewhere else. There is an overhead obstacle course, but that was closed. They have one arcade game. Yes, only one... and the digital sign said that player 2 side was out of order. Then they have a corn hole and air hockey table. Those seemed to work. There are also a few claw machines, but the one I walked by was broken, too. Alledgely, the non-uniform wearing "manager" said that they are renovating after Thanksgiving week. It may take 2-3 weeks, so hopefully, they will figure it out before winter break. On the positive side, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Plus, there was one other girl who was back from college, and it was her first day back. Both were professional, didn't appear to be getting high with the manager or team leaders on their breaks, and should probably be running things.

Update: June 2024. It's under new management and I'm sorry to say that we had a bad experience last time we went. They are very particular about having only sky zone socks, despite the high admission price. We did have them, from a sky zone in another state. They kept asking us, and at one point, an employee repeatedly and rudely came over to my nephew, who was jumping. He made him stop jumping and demanded to know if "those are sky zone socks." My nephew was badly shaken by the experience. He is special needs and didn't understand the question. We had only JUST gotten him jumping, and this put us back to square one. One of the video game monitors was broken. They only started staffing the trapeze and zip line 10 minutes before we left. We had to ask... About 8 employees were standing around having a meeting. The manager was very rude to me. Boooo. Oh my goodness it was so fun for my two school aged children. Good service, great playground workers, and so many fun parts. It's a little pricey, but worth it for a treat.

Went here with 3 years old and it is a good place for toddlers but it could be harmful as I experienced as the manager did not make people follow the rules to keep kids safe. Almost 6 feet tall white man was playing with shoes in the blocks area with his kids throwing stuff, that created danger for small feet of a toddler to be stomped, when I brought that to manager’s attention, the manager argued with me that it was ok in the block area, while instructions clearly stated to remove shoes. See the photo. I took the photo of instructions and showed that to the manager and he gave away free socks to that man while I was asked to purchase socks sold by them even though I had very similar barre class socks with me. I clearly could see how people are treated differently here by unconscious racial bias of an unskilled manager. The manager can benefit from training of how to keep all kids safe and how to treat people equally. I would surely think twice before going here if they will not take necessary steps.

I came here with my family to celebrate my youngest niece turning 3. Overall I had a great time minus the customer service when checking in. When we arrived we were instructed to complete waivers. Since only 2 computers were working and the lines were long, I used my phone to complete mine and my 4 year old nieces waiver. When completed I went to the counter to get our wristband. I showed the female associate my waiver she proceeded to give my niece her wristband. The male manager comes over to verify and states that there was no waiver on file even though I had it on my phone. He then tells me to get out if line and (no one behind me)and go stand in the long line and use their computers instead. I said no worries I'll try again ( even though i had the email copy pulled up, but I'd rather fill it out on my phone) Then he turns around and start fusing at the female associate stating the she shouldn't have giving my niece the band without verification. I looked at him and said I'm sorry she gave it to her because I showed her my verified waiver on my phone. He said that's not the policy it needs to be verified on the computer and she. So I apologized to her for getting her in trouble. Completed my new waiver she verified on her computer, but so I wouldn't get her in trouble I asked he needed to verify again. Another male associate came and verified, buy while doing so the manager came over again and wanted to verify again. He then said the day was wrong. The male associate corrected him and he was looking at the wrong person. He tried to spell my name, so when I was trying to correct him he kept ignoring me. I pulled up the new waiver with both mine and my niece's name, he refused to look and still proceeded to type my name wrong meanwhile the male associate kept trying to correct him. After the 4th name correction the manager was finally able to verify my waiver, walks off, then turns around and asked if my niece was on the waiver too. I said yes, he asks her name, I verify and while in mid sentence asking if that was all he walks away and starts a conversation with another customer. Overall the party was fun and both nieces enjoyed themselves, I however did liked the rudeness from the manager but appreciate the associates who tried to help. I'd return, just maybe not...

My wife purchased VIP passes for our daughters to this location online. No where on the website did it say all of the trampolines were out of service for repair… When we get to the place the guy at the front desk tells us all of the trampolines are being replaced and won’t be functional for 6-8 weeks. He also says that the website shouldn’t have allowed us to buy the membership or book jump time… but it did (again nowhere in their website does it say the trampolines our out of service for 2 months..) He tells us we can go to the VCC location and they’ll honor our membership. When we get there the lady at the front desk lets us jump and says as long as the other place is under repairs we can jump at the VCC location. 2 days later my wife goes to the VCC location with our daughters and is told that they can’t jump because the GM said not to honor memberships from the Short Pump location because it’s eating into their revenue. The girls are upset and my wife is beyond frustrated because there’s no option to cancel the membership and request a refund. When she calls the short pump location they say that management has removed their ability to issue refunds at a store level. So when my wife tries to cancel the membership through the website it only gives her the option to request a refund from the store locally…which they can’t do. So now where either stuck with a membership we can’t use and won’t be honored by any of the other locations or we cancel and don’t have any viable option to request a refund. Its been a terrible customer experience at every step and it feels as though we’ve wasted our money. DO NOT buy a membership here unless you want to explain to your kids while they cry that they can’t jump at the trampoline park and get ready to spend even more money to jump at another location because the underpaid teenagers they hire have no ability to correct managements greedy “mistakes”. If I could give 0...

I attended today at 10:00 AM with myself and a group of people. Unfortunately, all of the trampolines were unable to be used and under construction. I really wish that there had been some kind of notice on the website- it doesn’t feel fair to pay 27 dollars a person and then show up to “oh well!” We were still able to use the other attractions, but it’s still not worth that for the price. One of the workers was also consistently rude to us, mumbling that “if she hits her head, that’s on her” (after going down a closed slide that was left open with no indication for us not to go on it), rolling his eyes at us, and being unnecessarily rude telling us he’d kick us out for sitting on a mat that had no indication that we weren’t allowed to sit on it. When one of our party members went down the slide the wrong way (after the previous worker had no comment), he told us to stop (as within his right). When she tried to explain that we didn’t know and the previous worker didn’t say anything, he said “go off, go off” and waived her away with a disrespectful tone. We’re adults, and we’re not here to break the rules- just enjoy ourselves. But the way we were spoken to felt very unprofessional and unnecessary. Both workers on the floor were on their phone very constantly. The prices keep getting higher, the quality lower, and the extreme vibe of “I don’t care about my job and am unhappy to be here” was definitely a disappointment. Although it has fewer attractions, do yourself a favor and go to the...
