I will say that this place is more of a takeaway spot versus dining. It’s basically counter service where you get your own drinks with styrofoam cups. They use Pillsbury flour to make their dough so I knew the pizza type offerings were going to be mediocre. Nothing worked in the bathroom. Soap dispenser with soap and no batteries. Paper towel dispenser doing the same thing. Makes me wonder about the sanitary conditions when the soap dispenser does not work. Service was friendly. I personally got a basket of O Rings and a meat Stromboli. One of my friends got a calzone. They both looked like calzones and we had a good laugh when we got them. In my whole life, a Stromboli is a more rectangular shape where the calzone is like a half circle but whatever. The red sauce was from a can and it wasn’t good. It could use some fresh basil and garlic to at least try to taste good. The meats inside the pizza thing were pretty tasty along with the cheese that is used. Everything was pretty lack luster and I don’t think I would order here again. I asked how long the place switched hands and was told about three years. I ordered a gluten free pizza from this establishment for the first time Sunday evening. The website encourages use of the app, so I ordered, paid, and eagerly waited. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PIZZA NOR AM I BEING GRANTED A REFUND. The restaurant claims they delivered it, but they did not. I will graciously conclude that it must have been the wrong apartment, but that is not my fault and I should not go without the food or what I paid for the food. After contacting the app, I was redirected to THE MANAGER WHO REFUSED ANY KIND OF RECTIFICATION. This was my first experience with this restaurant and app, and my last. The insinuation that I would lie about a $17 pizza is absurd and very poor customer service. I would like to know who the 14 reviews are from. Employees and families of employees? We stopped in tonight and ordered a Chicken Parmigiana and fries and my wife a Steak and Cheese. We also ordered a grilled cheese for our son to take away for our grandson who was there with us. The young lady at the register was very friendly so no issues with her. My Chicken P had very little sauce on it and the Chicken was at best a mediocre store bought fried patty. My wife's Steak and Cheese had red onions (I think) cut up and thrown on the cooked steak vs cooking the onions with the meat. Never before have we seen this. The grilled cheese was a slice of cold cheese on burnt toast. It definitely went back for a refund. Now we know why on a Friday evening no one else was there although two or three did carry out.
