Stopped in for late dinner Thursday evening , only 2 tables occupied . Service quick , friendly and caring , also no problem with my requests . Family run , friendly , welcoming customer service -oriented and comforting. Ordered Dumplings as Appetizer - steamed . Arrived fast but a bit heavy / Doughy , dipping sauce pedestrian , lost interest after 2 . Should have taken advice of reviewers and ordered them Pan -fried, would have given them a whole new life and crispiness. Ordered a Veggie Pho + shrimp . Also requested Bok Choy . Was old No Bok Choy - ( What , In a Vietnamese soup place ?!?) .. Soup arrived with Napa leaves, some broccoli , carrot slices . Noodles very good and broth well-flavored for beef depth and seasoning - arrived with sprouts, lime ( 1) and Jalapeno slice , no Cilantro leaves as others serve. Ordered Hot tea , arrived warm-hot , asked for refill with HOT Water. They started cleaning up , moving tables , & vacuuming for closing just after I was served , so not the most peaceful dining experience, but I did arrive within the last hour of business that night - owners do need to consider this since not conducive to an enjoyable dining experience - no matter who is left in D. room ! Looking forward to visit # 2 and trying the other highly recommended Vietnamese / Pho places In the area when I am here for biz.

Let me begin by making comment on the music. I belive that music in the restaurant makes first impression and can say a lot about restaurant, food and service to be expected of. I cannot stand when restaurants playinh some rock, or other loud music that you cant hear another person. The music they played was very soft piano music, not too loud, which sets good atmosphere from the start. The restaurant temperature was also perfect. I cant stand when some places turn on AC like its about to snow on you. Restaurant floor, tables, and restroom super clean. Staff is very attentive and pleasant. My wife and I love Pho soups. We been to many other Pho restaurants in other states and know good Pho. We ordered P4 from the menu and it was just perfect. My wife decided to come back and celebrste her birthday here. This restaurant is definitelly number 1 choice for my wife and I when it comes to Vietamese cousine in this area. As you can tell we are hard to please and this place did just that.

Wasn't the worse, but wasn'tly impressed with it. First didn't care for the menu system, I get the scanning of Qcode, but there were no prices listed, so really had no idea what the cost was going to be. Went on a weekend so naturally it ended up being higher prices. The place isn't overly large, so we sat not far from the bathrooms. The toilets are extremely loud and we could hear every flush, which isn't very appealing. The food was OK, hard to mess up Pho. My wife order a chicken dish and had to spit out a few pieces because they were very chewy/fatty. The food came extremely fast. Probably just over 6 mins or so, in most cases that might be good, but I ordered an appetizer and it all came out at the same time, so didn't have time to enjoy, just felt like I had to rush to eat it. Most places I'd probably give a second chance, but there are so many other Pho places in town and close, that I'd pass on going back here.

Just finished a very enjoyable experience here. The staff was very quick, attentive and extremely friendly. The owner came by the table and spoke with us, he was very kind and explained our dishes a bit to us. He comes of as someone who cares very much about the dishes, which is pleasant. The atmosphere was nothing short of fantastic. Very classy with relaxing jazz music and other instrumentals playing. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. We ordered a three coarse meal composing of an appetizer, main coarse, and dessert. We ordered the crispy spring rolls to start. They came as a pair. Very crispy, crunchy, fresh, and HOT! They seemingly just came out of the frier. Delicious! The dipping sauce was mild but complimented the rolls well. For a main coarse I had the wonton Pho with pork. Best wontons I've ever eaten, and the noodles were extremely fresh. My girlfriend had the vegetarian pho and she enjoyed her dish as well. The vegetables were very fresh and crispy, even in the broth. For dessert I ordered the flan and she had a bubble tea. Hands down the best bubble tea we had both ever tasted, so good. The flan was also killer, the cherry sauce complimented the extremely smooth texture. Overall this establishment is very clean, fresh, and classy. You won't be dissapointed. My new go to...

Overall a pretty average restaurant, all things considered. Food was good, not stellar, but very good. The pho was of decent quality, though for my personal tastes not to the same quality as some other pho places I've been to in the area, and there is quite the selection in Richmond alone. The selection of available cuts of beef that could go into the pho was not as wide as in other places. I like my pho spicy, and so I was slightly disappointed as I really wish I could have gotten some proper chili oil to add to my pho, because what was on the table was not chili oil — appeared to just be some other variety of hot sauce in addition to the bottle of sriracha that was there too. Decently hot, but not nearly to the same potency as pure chili oil that you get in that same sort of little pot in other pho places. Also there wasn't any hoisin sauce on the table by default, which is strange given that hoisin is generally a pretty popular additive to pho in Vietnam along with sriracha. The menu was quite varied, which was nice, and the staff were also quite nice as well and extremely helpful, willing to and able to answer pretty much any question you could throw at them. Overall a decent experience, but nothing to...
