A little background of my experience with another tint window company in the past... I previously got tint at a window tint company down the street from The Specialists and paid a lot of money for the high end window tint with UV protection and heat reduction. The job from the previous company did not do a great job in making sure there were no defects in installation (fibers in tint film on window, bubbling on edges, and not cut perfectly to window edge).
Fast forward to buying a new vehicle and needed another full window tint set for my 2021 4runner and I found the specialist on google search. I talked with Gustavo who was honest and made sure I got the best deal with the best product they had. I told him about my experience with the other window tint company and gave me a better deal with a higher end product than the other company. Installation of my window tint was flawless. I have OCD and I almost couldn't tell that there was any tint on any of my windows. It almost looked factory done. Gustavo's window tint installer did an excellent job installing the tint.
On top of intalling tint, The Specialist also installed paint protection film (PPF) on my 4runner. I did full frontal protection instead of partial PPF and Gustavo didn't disappoint. You almost can't see any of the seems of the film and his installer also wrapped the film to almost perfection.
Gustavo told me that they only use the highest end products for their customers and ensures a professional install for best customer satisfaction. I felt no hassle with his sales and he was very informative when I requested what products he was using for my PPF. Gigi the front desk receptionist is great at customer care and ensures that you are well informed before you make the decision to go with their company. Gustavo is straight and to the point and is sincere about pricing, installation, and honest about his competitors compared to his competitors.
If you want great tint installation, honest pricing, and competitve rates, talk with Gustavo and GiGi. They will take care of your needs and give you a good feeling after you leave their store. I didn't have buyer's remorse and I have no complaints on their technician's skill.

   Read moreI honestly can't overstate how awesome The Specialists are. I went in to Best Buy in Tucson and had a subwoofer installed in my 2023 Mazda CX-50. Within 2 days and several error messages regarding my push-to-start button, the car would no longer start. Not due to a dead battery, but something with the electronics in general. Once I disconnected the subwoofer, the engine started right up.
I then did what I should have done in the first place and took it to The Specialists. They were happy to take a look to see what the problem might be before giving me a quote on how much it would be to do the job right. Within 10 seconds of looking at the installation Best Buy had done, they knew they could help me out. They said they would have to UNDO everything that Best Buy had done, gave me a super affordable quote, and scheduled me for just 3 days later. When I went to pick up my Mazda, they were kind enough to give me a list of everything they had to do to fix Best Buy's mess, and took several photos for me to take to Best Buy to try to get a refund for their botched installation.
This is the kind of friendly customer service that I thought had gone extinct years ago, and they've most definitely won my patronage for any future updates I need to do (i.e. window tint, more stereo work, etc)
