I took about a dozen shirts into Wicked Limitz to have a design put on them for my husband's graduation from Marine Corp boot camp. I had really high expectations going in, since I was recommended to this business through friends and family, and all of the employees were very helpful on my initial visit. I took the shirts in towards the end of the week, and was told that they would be ready the following Monday. When I went to pick the shirts up that Monday, I was told that they weren't ready and that some of them had actually been messed up and an employee needed to go buy new shirts to replace the ones that I brought in, and that they would be ready on Wednesday. I went in that Thursday, and was told again that they still weren't ready and to come back the following day (Friday). I went in on Friday and was told again that they weren't ready and was given a new pick-up date of the next Monday. A process that was supposed to take 4-6 days ended up taking 3 weeks. I understand that accidents happen, but it's very annoying when you're told that something is going to take a certain amount of time and it ends up taking 3 times as long, especially when there's a deadline that needs to be met. It felt like every time I would go in to pick up the shirts, the employees would get annoyed with me because they had seen my face so many times, which was not my fault. I was told by one employee not to be "so eager" and that it "wasn't their fault that it was taking so long," when in fact it was their fault because they're the ones who made a mistake. I have no issue with someone making a mistake, what I have an issue with is being told not to be "eager" to see my husband after 4 months. I also have an issue with the fact that it took 3 weeks to have shirts made when I was originally told it would only take 4-6 days. Definitely not taking my...
Read moreMy experience with this company was negative. A huge part of running a business is integrity. This company showed a huge lack of integrity and customer service. Had placed an order for 12 shirts using sublimation. The most expensive process to make the highest quality shirts. After getting the design in and getting an estimate I went in to their business in person and paid $258 to get my shirts made. The person working at the desk took my payment and said the shirts would be done Tuesday of the following week. I told her that due to work my wife would have to pick them up Thursday. She assured me they would be done by then and that we could pick them up. Well pick up day arrived, Thursday, when my wife got there after driving over an hour from work they had not even started printing the shirts. My wife text me and said they were not done. I called them and asked why they were not done. The employee on the phone gave me a story about how their printer had problems earlier in the week and had to be repaired. I then asked why they had not called to tell me to come on a later date. They had my email and phone number at any time they could have called and said you can't pick them up until next week. That would have been acceptable. Instead they give my wife the run around don't even care that she drove over an hour wasted her gas and time. The sad part is the shirt design they showed me was great. Had they done a better job with customer service I would have been a yearly...
Read moreOn two different transactions (2 years apart), I experienced the same service. I chose them because they’re local and it’s convenient, but I recommend going elsewhere. Both times, I was quoted a price for my order (over $1400) and when I came in to place the order, the “company” as she put it decided to raise the price by to $2 per unit. After going back and forth, she said “well since you quoted that price we’ll do it this time, but the next order will be the new price”. Mind you, she was the one who quoted me the price (the one in charge). AGAIN!! THIS HAPPENED BOTH TRANSACTIONS two years apart, so it makes you wonder.
To make things even better, my order was due for pick up 12 days after order date. I called the date prior to the pick up date to ensure my order was on schedule, and was told it will be ready after 2:30PM on pick up date. I showed up at 2:30PM and they all looked at each other confused. It turns out there never started on my order. I was told to come back at 4PM because they will put it on the machine now. I was also ask, “Do you need it by today because we close at 4pm?” You had 12 days to complete my order, but you did it in one and a half hour after my pick up time.
THE CRAZY THING IS THE MILITARY COURSES ARE CONSISTENTLY BUYING FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DON’T CARE, THEY JUST...
