I haven't been inside yet because the Silt Historical Park is closed during the off-season. This site is open from May 1st to October 31st, Tuesdays through Fridays from noon to five. I could see various interesting artifacts through the fence including train cars, tools, and farming equipment from the early 1900s. Admission to the site is free but donations are encouraged. Tours can be arranged by calling 970- 876-5801. I am looking forward to exploring this hands-on museum...
