Green Cross Silt- Recreational Marijuana Dispensary — Local services in Silt

I came in the other day and bought a cart and it was just fine and rather good to be honest. But when I came back to purchase more I had a bad experience. One I've NEVER EVER even heard of happening at a dispensary ever.

My friend came with me to return a bad cart he purchased there that day. I saw him open it and I saw that it was oxidized and clogged from simply opening it. So when he returned with me today to return it and get a new cart for a replacement he was told to let the staff member give him the bad cart which he then went outside with and proceeded to hit his cart!!?? Right in front of the store to 'prove to him that it worked still' OBVIOUSLY to avoid having to take blame for it and help him replace the bad cart. UNBELIEVABLE. Anywhere else would have replaced the cart no questions asked.

When that happened I immediately left with him and will not be...

I was treated very poorly at this location today. The lady who spoke to me needs to work on her customer service skills. The irony of a marijuana shop enforcing laws while simultaneously breaking them is remarkable. What happened to the free thinkers that used to go hand in hand with this industry. What a shame! It had nothing to do with the mask. It was how the lady raised her voice at me then I asked for a mask politely and she continues to raise her voice at me and tells me she won't give me one but she will sell me one. I said no worries and walked out. I dont know what your definition of arguing is but that doesn't fall into that category in my opinion. By your response I see it starts at the top there which makes sense because your probably the one who trained her. Oh and I did find a spot that day where I was treated...

This is my favorite dispensary in the whole state. (Possibly the best that I’ve been to in the country) I live 90 miles away and I’d rather drive the extra distance just to come here over anywhere else. The prices are fair, the product is high quality and always great! The bud tenders are friendly, the managers are friendly, and it’s just overall a great atmosphere!

When you stop in try any of the Cosmos joints and you will keep coming back for more 😋
