This place was really good for a while, and we always went here instead of Burning Mountain Pizza just 30 seconds up the road, but then they started shorting thier customers and putting less toppings on thier pizzas at Brickhouse. We have dealt with this location several times in the past with receiving the wrong orders, but after getting this recent pizza, or lack thereof, we are 100% over it.
I'd like to point out to the owner responding to these reviews, the majority of bad reviews for this place involve two things... #1, shorting the customer on items they have paid in full for, and #2, serving incorrect orders in general. Dont ask the reviewer for further clarification and simply pay attention to what people are saying.
If I order a pizza with only mushroom, olive, and onion, I expect to get more than 10 slices of olive and 8 slices of mushroom total. I essentially recieved around 3 olives total, and two small mushrooms on the entire pizza. The onion i paid for was nearly non existent as well... Stop ripping off your local customers if you want to keep your revenue and client base up.
Putting one single piece of each topping that I paid $2 each for, on each slice is unacceptable and an absolute rip off to the customer. We understand Brandon has destroyed our economy, but really now.... Ripping off the locals who helped build this business in the first place is outright despicable.
Also to the reviewer below saying its "oven fired pizza", they bake in an electric oven, not a fire based brick oven. Please learn the difference, and of course since I'm leaving this review on the SILT LOCATION, it means I am talking about the SILT LOCATION....
We don't see ourselves giving any more chances to this location, and I'll drive to Hogback in New Castle before I spend any more money here.
2* because...
Read moreI order from here every few weeks or so. Not anymore. There have been a few orders that have been incorrect or completely wrong, and unfortunately this place declines to take responsibility. Tonight was the last straw. I have only given this place a few extra chances because there are not many options in the area.
I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and was given mostly meatballs. a few bites of noodles, but mostly all sauce and meat. I called to ask for more noodles, and was given a run around, with them stating 'everything is measured' and unwilling to do anything about it. Yes this was delivery, and yes I was literally across the street from them. But I wasnt asking for too much, was I? I just wanted what I payed for, and was basically told to F off.
Being a travelling man, I eat at a lot of different places across Colorado. This place is the only place I have come across in the last year that has no desire to keep their customers happy. Food is good, customer service unfortunately outweighs the food, and I would not recommend this place, regardless of stars on google. Good luck if you...

Atmosphere- the dining room is very, very clean. The 4 ceiling fans were spotless, as well as the ceiling air vents. There are 2 TV's, (7) 4 seat tables, & the kitchen within view. Finished off with classic Italian colors & decor.
Food- I ordered the calzone ($10) & garlic knots ($5). The portions were large enough to satisfy anyone. Best of all, I watched my meal prepared using fresh hand tossed dough that was cooked golden brown on the outside, with a soft and chewy crust! Bottled beer & Coke products are available.
Customer service- The staff was very friendly and prompt.
