[If youâre driving through, stop here! Trust me. Itâs %1000 better than starbucks] đđđ€€đâïž Truly the best coffee ever. I used to live in LA and have access to great coffee like Intelligentsia, Blue Bottle, Stumptown, etc., but honestly, this is the stuff. Iâll drive way out of my way for it and I know lots of others who do the same! Some of my favorite things about Mistyâs:
âąThey use Mountain Mama Roasters (organic, fair trade, local family owned, seriously THE bestđ)
âąThey freaking make their own Almond milk. Iâm pretty sure Iâve driven by at night and seen the poor baristas tirelessly milking them almonds. (I didnât like almond milk âtil I tried theirs!), they also make their own cold brew, chai, most of their syrups, and pretty much everythingâs organic. đ±
âąGreat vibes. đ
âąThe baristas are all very friendly, competent, & knowledgeable (shoutout to Ben who actually bought mine for me today)
âąExcelent WiFi đ©đ»âđ»
âąTasteful music đ” (bonus if you catch Desi. Heâll most certainly be singing along. Or making up his own song)
âąIrresistible pastries from a local bakery đ„ŻđȘ
âąThey support local artists & business owners. đš
âąA clean bathroom! đœ

Read moreMisty's Coffee Shop is the best place to get a quality cup of coffee in the valley. I love the atmosphere of the shop, and all the staff are extremely personable and friendly! Misty, the owner is into creating very unique and interesting cups for the daily special, and is continually experimenting! So if you are looking for a traditional espresso drink, pour over, or something crazy and exciting, Misty's is sure to satisfy. There can be a bit of a wait if they are busy with orders, but you can usually expect to be sipping a heavenly concoction within a few minutes time - and it's totally worth the wait! Everything here is good!
The coffee is very good quality, coming from Mountain Mama Roasters (also in Silt, CO!!) and the the roasters Kenneth and Desi are uber passionate about roasting the best coffee possible. It great to be able to pick up a bag of whole bean coffee at the shop too. It's so awesome they share common values with Misty, and really promote community...
Read moreRandomly stopped here during our cross-country road-trip. The café is very close to the interstate ramps off of a roundabout. The staff was really welcoming and it wasn't busy yet (8am). I got a latté, hubby got his usual cold brew, and we shared a savory pastry puff, as well as breakfast burrito. Everything was wonderful! The coffee was delicious--they roast in-house and supply coffee for a lot of local places. The food was very tasty although I don't know if that's house-made. Loved the ambience in there! They had a bunch of people come in while we were finishing up but there was still plenty of space for everyone. They even have a cute kid's barista play area. Highly recommend if you're...
