What a gem of a taco stand! The staff was phenomenal and so was the food. They had a menu with lots of authentic choices including quesa birria tacos and chicken enchiladas enjoyed by some of the people in my group who said they were fantastic. I am a vegetarian and although they didn’t have a specific vegetarian option on the menu, they were willing to make me vegetarian tacos with homemade beans, rice and guacamole that I topped off with their homemade red salsa. HOLY COW this place is so good! The Asada Burrito with Guac is to die for! You have to give this place a try. Idk if there is anything bad on this menu. Jaydi was so kind! She was great to hold a gentle conversation and made sure we were satisfied. The Al Pastor was good, the pineapple added sweetness which was beautifully matched with fresh cilantro and pork. The barbacoa may have been my favorite though, it kept me going back for more!
