Sycamore Village — Attraction in Simi Valley

Has everything I need here...From a Target to Trader Joe's to A Starbucks .. Mod Pizza.. A Breakfast restaurant with Tko boxing fitness place...and more.. It's definitely my come to place w everything else you need within walking distance.. Dollar tree across the street .. A Grocery store.. Del Taco.. Chase bank.. A Bar and Grill...Metro store.. Reds bbq.. Gracie Ju jitsu.. Back across the street on thee other side of Target is Planet fitness ( Open 24hrs) Ross.. Cvs.. a GAS station by the fwy... Sees candy... Chic Fillet.. fun burger... Round Table pizza... Across that street. ( Is BEEPS ) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND..Breakfast at beeps.. Best of the best here.. Next to them is a Coin op laundry place.. A Liquor store..Maria's kitchen.. w sum store for the home..Homewood..ect..Around the corner in this shopping strip is a taekwondo place a Subway sandwich place .. A bicycle shop and another restaurant on the side of them.. Across the street is a car automotive place thinkn its Kragen.....

This open shopping center has locations on both sides of the parking lot. The strip has a good veriety to shops including 3 banks that are located on the outer side of the parking lot, a few small restaurants and small retail stores.. You will see a Mexican family restaurant on the inner side of the parking lot. Very good descent food. This place has 3 types of homeade style tamales. Which tast much better than the frozen tamales you find at grocery stores. The only thing is that they are a bit over priced. ( It could be because the tamal bakery is not located inside the restaurants and therefore, needs to be transported over) On one end of the strip you will find a small market called Sprouts. This store has some organic and non GMO food you can purchase. I have visited almost all of the business on this strip and so far all of the shops have been clean and the employees have...

This shopping center is a nice & convenient place to shop. The reason why I gave only 3 stars was due to the parking lot. It seems really too small & cramped for the number of businesses in the mall. For instance the parking places assigned for Red's BBQ Restaurant is approximately 20 (4 of them being for take out only) then you're just out of luck. The rest of the parking lot is basically the same. I try to go elsewhere to do my shopping if I can just to avoid the very high potential of not finding a place to park or getting into a small...
