Evie's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Sioux City

This used to be my go to store for all things Hallmark. I was there at least every few days. Over the last couple years they have refused to use the hallmark coupons and REWARDS CERTIFICATES and now they don't even take THE REWARDS CARD for points. THIS HAS CEASED BEING A HALLMARK STORE AND IS A GIFT STORE. ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL AND UNIQUE GIFTS I DON'T GO IN THERE NEARLY AS MUCH NOW. We bought my niece a christmas ornament there a few days ago. When wrapping it, we discovered it was broken. My husband tried to exchange- was told no receipt no exchange. Then she told him to get some glue. I went back and it was the same lady who helped us pick them out. She said - I remember helping you and selling it to you, but without a receipt I won't exchange it. Rude. Nothing like selling a broken item. The ornament is 2021 from Hallmark. I went to the store to purchase some cards and use my Hallmark rewards. I was told the owner would only allow coupons received in the mail to be used.
