For all the venues I have been to, the performance was great, but the setup of beer, or liquor is trash. I went there, an waited in line for an hour trying to get my drinks, plus a wrist band for alcohol. Lots of security, an clean facility. The staff is freindly-ish.
Three stars due to the fact of waiting in line so long for just trying to get a few drinks, an not know they only take card. No sighs. Posted before getting in line, except at the very front of the line. Then the sighn they had was blocked by another sigh that says what they had. Went an talked to a manager, an he replied with" it's posted to our sight" told him the sighs where blocked at the concessions..doesn't do me any good after standing in line. So concessions are a horrible setup. Wasted my time of the concert I paid for, an not keeping people informed...

Read moreThe arena is fine. Was there for a cheer comp. Mask where required to enter, but apparently only to get in, since 80% of the people pulled them off once through the door. When I lined up to buy tickets, I left space between me, and person infront of me. 3 different people decided that ment I wasn't in line and walked infront of me. The last one I informed the line started behind me. They apologized, then asked why I was leaving so much space? Apparently these people aren't from planet earth, and don't get any earth T.V. stations. So to sum up. Indoors in South Dakota. Nearly no mask, and no social distancing. Prob my last cheer competition till the covid...
