I needed an emergency milk order at work on a Friday morning. I called the company, they sent me to the distribution manager, James, who was away from his desk. He has his cell phone number on his voicemail in which I texted as I was dealing with inventory and in and out of my office. Within minutes he messaged me back and stated he was talking with the driver and he was trying to see what they could do for us. Another few minutes later, and I mean MINUTES, he messaged and said that our Monday delivery would be delivered in a few hours. About 10 MINUTES later, our delivery came. How incredibly seamless and professional was that?!
