I made an appointment online to get the screen replaced on my wife's iPhone. My appointment time was 9 AM, and I arrived 15 minutes early. When I talked to the manager and told him I had an appointment, he said "I was going to call you, my lead tech won't be in until noon today..." I replied, "Well since I drove all the way from Mississippi to come here, and I'm standing in front of you right now, when exactly were you planning on calling me?" He mumbled something about doing the job himself but said it would take him at least two hours. I said thanks anyway and left. A phone call would've been nice so I didn't drive all the way over here. The manager never apologized, offered no discount or anything else to keep my business, and frankly didn't seem to care when I left. They will never get my business again.

My key fob stopped working(needed some soldering as the battery holder inside key fob came unsoldered as I was replacing my battery)- went to a watch/clock(thinking they may be able to solder) shop who recommended I stop by Batteries Plus Bulbs since the clock shop didn't have the right kind of solder.....these guys are absolutely amazing!!!!! Not only did Alex fix my fob I bought a new fob(for backup)for a third of the price from Dave!!!! Prior to getting it fixed I called the dealership(or Stealership as I have heard hahahahahaaaa) and was given a whopping price of $260 to get a new one that was programmed!!!! Dave and Alex are so helpful and polite-cannot speak highly enough of them! I'm telling ya where there's a will there's a way with these guys- very knowledgable! If I could give more stars I would! Update: After much debate about why the positive post overheated Jay, the store manager, stated that he would only replace the battery if it failed a hydrometer test, which is a joke and a waste of my time. Most people know a hydrometer test only measures the density of the electrolyte and would not reveal an internal manufacturer defect. Fact, on March 30th of this year I purchased six of these batteries at a cost of $821.72 and only one failed. So why can't Jay, the store manager, give a sound explanation as to why 1 out of the 6 batteries failed within six months?
