Waited to write this review until I made it home and hooked up my washtower. It works! And it's glorious! Walked in the store, already knew what I wanted and I had called beforehand to make sure they had a couple different ones to choose from. Yep, it's a scratch and dent store. Some are more noticeable than others and some are just on the back where you can't see it anyways. Noah was very helpful. He helped me load it up and then afterwards escorted me around the store to show me a few things I randomly sprung on him that I wanted to check out for possible future purchases before I left. Fairly knowledgeable on what they had in stock and was very honest. If you price out everything after taxes at HD/Lowes, and then compare it to purchasing here, it won't be quite 1/2 price, but it'll definitely save you money and the appliance will perform as it should. I'd shop here again, or at least see if they had the appliance that I (I mean my wife) want/s before paying full...

If you have to buy appliances (and let’s be real, no one wakes up excited to drop money on a fridge), do yourself a favor and go see Ronnie and Justice. These two are the dream team of appliance sales — phenomenal service, crystal-clear communication, and not a hint of that shady sales vibe. They were completely transparent about pricing and delivery options, which felt like finding a unicorn in the wild world of big purchases.

I had the best experience here at our newest appliance store in Slidell, Louisiana. Ronnie, Is a GENUIS at what he does and I encourage everyone to come out here and see him and his crew! In addition to being kind, Ronnie found something within my budget and blew me away with the price. I literally saved 59% off retail (yes, I calculated this myself based on 2 big box store's prices)! Unbelievable, but true. The prices were BEYOND fair and made the local big box stores appear extremely overpriced!!!
