If you have not stopped in to try the food, you are missing out. We had the large sampler that included crawfish egg rolls, boudin egg rolls, crawfish boulettes, seafood boulettes, crab cakes, crackling and fried fish. EVERYTHING was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I am not a big fish eater. I usually drench it in lemon juice to eat it, but this fish was sooooo good, I ate it as-is. The seafood boulettes reminded me of my aunts stuffed crabs she use to make. Next, we tried the meat pies. I have tried them before at other places and was not a fan of meat pies. Since everything else was soooo good, I decided to give the meat pies a try. They were delicious and very filling. One order can make a whole meal. We also ordered the stuffed bell pepper meal. Wow! If you miss southern home cookin like your momma made, this is your go to place! The corn….delicious, the Mac n cheese…delicious, and that bell pepper was off da chain! And last…. They had some fruity drinks which I didn’t have much interest in. But they talked me into trying that too. I could not believe how good they were, especially the mango/peach! And if the tastiest food isn’t enough, stop by just for the taste of some down south hospitality. They are so nice and welcoming, you feel like you are home. The menu changes weekly, so check their facebook page for menu updates. Y’all ROCK Creole Sisters! I wish we had taken pictures of the food, but we were too...

The food was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavors that paid homage to our Creole heritage. From the perfectly spiced Okra gumbo to the red bean and rice, it was clear that Creole Sisters Catering put their heart and soul into every bite. Their ability to blend traditional recipes with a touch of modern flair was truly impressive and appreciated by all who attended. What truly set Creole Sisters Catering apart was that they anticipated our every need, often before we even realized it ourselves, allowing us to focus on the memories of my Uncle. Creole Sisters Catering went above and beyond to ensure our repass was a fitting tribute to my Uncle, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Their dedication to not just meeting but exceeding our expectations was evident in every aspect of their service. I wholeheartedly recommend Creole Sisters Catering to anyone looking for a catering company that truly understands the importance of family, heritage, and the healing...
Read moreIf I could put 0 stars I would. We put in a catering order for a Christmas party for about 40 to 50 people. Emails back-and-forth with the menu. Then sent an email asking if they needed a deposit. Got no response. Day of my fiance calls to see when we can pick up the food and they told us we never placed an order. And then maybe 5 minutes after she got off the phone with them my fiancé called back and they say it was a miscommunication. So now day off we're having a company Christmas party that starts at 5 o'clock and we have no food. Trying to get someone else to cater a party for 40 to 50 people and make food for that many people in about 4 hours just isn't going to happen. But Copelands came through and they ruined the first Christmas party for this company since my grandfather passed away and gave us the company. This is the first impression that we're making on our employees. By making themselves look bad they made us look bad to our employees. They get to go on about their day catering for other people while we scramble to get food for a party. Stress that is not wanted or needed! Thank You...
