Recently the children's jungle gym has been taken down due to disrepair, so.it looks like redevelopment is taking place. Overall this is a good park dispute being overdue for updated facilities. Has a lot of renovation potential.

Just came back from a family reunion. Had a great time reuniting with loved ones I hadn't seen in a while. But this is a review of this park, so here we go. There was a basketball court. It was very large & looked to be in great shape There was also a children's playground; there were swings & other children equipment. There was a shelter where we had tables & ate at the cookout. There was even a running/walking track in case you were interested This park had just about everything for everyone. It was clean & well maintained. I really think the city of Slidell could very easily afford to put some kind of rooftop over the basketball court at this park, and might as well since Fritchie isn’t letting the public play on the inside courts anymore. Witch is weird. 🤔 & we’re basically LIVING IN SUBTROPICAL...
