TRASH company my girlfriend came to get her phone fixed due to a Cracked screen ONLY yet as soon as she got her phone fixed, the VERY same night, her phone went black. It’s a gamble of how long it takes to come back it ranges from minutes to a day to turn back on !!!!! Imagine being in a line to pay for something! Imagine DOORDASHING to provide for our child when this happens. She texted them explaining her transportation issue and informed it may be a while before they can checkout her phone again (they told her they would see what went wrong with her install after she contacted them through the website after she thought she could settle for the mishap because of finances. If we knew affordable prices would equal a subpar job, we would’ve stayed with our usual.) I finally brought her to the store and he insisted she pay again because it had been 15 days but she informed her CIRCUMSTANCES!!! No one has the room for these inconveniences especially during the holidays. Offered a ten dollar discount to pay for the SAME MISTAKE and didn’t even check her phone out !??? this was why we came back!!! He didn’t even touch it. I’m ashamed I gave them my service. He either took a part or just gave her a bad screen but either way there was no diagnostic or anything provided just straight to pricing for another screen repair. He also tried to insist she damaged it again because her SCREEN PROTECTOR was cracked. Her phone also went black as we went into the store, perfect timing but no fix, smh. Totally not...

Took no responsibility in damaging my iphone 11 pro. Insisted i pay for another screen repair after giving me a bad screen. my screen goes black at the most inconvenient times ever. it started this the same day i got it fixed but i haven't been able to travel to smyrna until last week. i dont reside there and rely on my family's car. i quoted them on their website again to let them know and to make sure i dont get blamed for this because i didn't know when id be able to come back to the store. when they see my quote they text me from their number... Also upon arrival, when he looks my number up in his computer, he can see these messages...he didn't even TOUCH my phone and told me the most he could do is provide a $10 discount..... for the same thing to possibly happen again ??? I do not understand. So by then, it was clear he knows the problem had something to do with his labor. Ive gotten one screen repair prior to finding this store (for its' affordable price) and this never happened. i cracked my screen again and had issues with it tapping things for me (calibration issues).
