The motel overall is good for the price. But walls are very thin! Also I felt like I was going to sink through the floor when taking a shower because the tub floor was sunken in and noisy when moving. "Policies" are ridiculous. My boyfriend went in to get the room WITH CASH AND HIS ID & she said whoever else is staying in the rm needs to bring their ID in also. For what? What did she really need to make a copy of MY ID for? Besides that there is a lady who works around 6pm (KIM) who is VERY rude and doesn't have ANY type of customer service skill. I work at a hotel so I know things can get rough.. but she was rude for no reason. I had just gotten back to the property and my boyfriend was outside smoking. I don't smoke but decided to stay outside w him until he was done. I went inside the lobby to use one of the TWO bathrooms really quickly because I knew I couldn't make it to the room and as I was opening the bathroom door the lady said "excuse me are you a guest here" I said yes. She said "then why are you using my bathroom?" I responded with "umm I can't use the bathroom?" & she said "it's not that .. they're just not clean & we use those as employee bathrooms" then she went and sat down and started texting. I went and got the key from my boyfriend and we went upstairs. Later we went to get food & when we came back she had a lobby full of people because everyone was having issues. There was a group of maybe 3 or 4 people who were checking in to one room FOR THE FIRST TIME. One of the young men was trying to explain to her that the key was not working for the door & her DUMB response was "maybe someone is sleeping and has the door locked. I'm not sure but it's the right key" who would've been sleeping in a room that was just then getting checked into? She should've just apologized and tried to redo their key, give them a different room, or try herself. But that was all she said and she moved on to the next person. She needs to be fired honestly. Other than her.. motel is decent. & did I mention "someone" came in the room during AM hours to "fix the cable" in all rooms while we...
Read moreWe get there and our non smoking room reeked of smoke. It was seeped into the walls. Requested a new room and received one that was a little better on the smell. The hallways were disgusting and had a mix of smell of weed/cigarettes. I looked out our window and police were there. Someone broke into a ladies car. The area was not safe with very sketchy people walking around. The door that’s supposed to be locked was broken, so anyone could get into the hotel. The sheets had dried up food on them. The towels were gross and very very small. Barely fit my toddler. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned at all, there was food stains and other stains all over the bathroom. The shower curtain doesn’t even close a little bit, so water all over the floor. The pictures they post look nothing like it. The lobby is ugly and doesn’t look like the pictures either. Floors were so dirty, my kids feet were black from dirt. Tv remote didn’t work either. We felt so unsafe. People were up at all hours yelling. Woke us up at 3AM. Some people were making suggestive noises in the room above us with the bed banging. You could hear everything through the paper thin walls. Stay away from this place. Not worth the money they charge for this dump. The man at the front desk was so nice and they took advantage of him. He was there when we checked In around 4PM, was there overnight until the next day around...
Read moreWorst Hotel Experience in my life! My car got robbed in the parking lot and it was filmed on their security cameras, but when the police arrived, they would not let the police or us review the security footage. They claimed only manager could review the footage and she would be in next day. The next day we asked to speak to the manager and she would not come out to speak to us. When we asked staff for managers name none of them would give the managers name and claimed they didn't know it. A pregnant girl was working the front desk who was extremely rude, later in the evening she was in the lobby in her pajamas with her boyfriend hanging out (she apparently lives in one of the rooms). Then the boyfriend stared us down trying to intimidate us. I was with a group of professional fighters and we only ignored him not to get into trouble but it was laughable and the guy is lucky that we are not hot heads or looking for trouble. The most ghetto hotel I have ever been at. These people couldn't even act apologetic about the whole thing, they simply told me it was my fault for leaving things in the trunk of the car and that the camera system is not for robberies. I believe the staff is involved and they tip their friends on nice cars staying in the hotel to rob them because the police officer told me a lot of people had been robbed...
