The Patio Social Club — Restaurant in Smyrna

I was degraded, belittled and humiliated by this so called manger at the Patio Snellville last night! I have been a loyal customer for years at all their locations and have never had a bad experience until last night. This so called manager was called to fix my food order. My wings were severely undercooked and pink in the middle. I had to spit out most of the wings into a bag and took the remaining wings back to the bar to be recooked. This woman started berating me in the middle of the lounge. She refused to cook my food to a safe temperature so I wouldn’t get food poisoning, then refused to refund my money in order to purchase something else. She then called 5 armed SECURITY guards to escort me out of the lounge for requesting that my food be cooked to a safe temperature. I was mortified, traumatized and still in emotional shock from what I experienced last night at this establishment. I was told by several employees she has a habit of doing this specifically to BLACK WOMEN and degrading them in front of everyone. This is not her first time doing this to long time, faithful customers however ownership has done nothing to stop it. Amazing time!

I brought my girlfriend there for the first time because someone from Marcellos Bar/ Club recommended it to her. A week later, we went and the entire ambience was an experience. The reviews we read before we came, were overall 5 stars and the silly 0 or 2 stars were just haters.

Great customer service when we walked in because the hostess actually greeted you and explained your options all with a smile and excitement. The owner Keith happened to walk in at the same time and gave us an introduction to the cigar room (where you can buy cigars or pay for entry) and the lounge area. We did arrive at 8:30 PM because the reviews said it gets packed! It was worth it being there early to reserve a seat.

Our server was friendly and attentive and the food was amazing. The Deep Dish pizza was delicious and I know the hot wings would have been great. The drinks were spot on too. They have lots of food items!!!

Now for the music!!! DJ Xzact was amazing. The vibe was old school Hip-Hop, Old School R&B, Soul, East + West HipHop, and NY House Music. HIs transitions were awesome and it was never a dull moment.

I'd recommend this place for people who don't mind cigar smoke and want an OLD School vibe. When I return, I'll be bringing my cousin and his wife who are from VA who love this...

I’ve been to this establishment twice for what I thought would have been a good experience, but was anything but that. The first time I went was on Christmas Eve, where the bartender was what appeared to be very intoxicated while working. My server was very nice and sweet, and did a wonderful job, but I physically watched my server having to remind the bartender time and time to make a drink I had ordered 10 minutes prior but instead, the bartender continued to mingle with different men before doing so. I asked to speak with a manager, and was told that the very bartender on duty was indeed the actual manager on duty for the night also. I decided to give this place another opportunity this past Sunday night with my husband, and ran into a similar issue but this time my pizza order was messed up twice. I wanted to speak with a manager again, but was told it was the same woman as the last time, and she also appeared very intoxicated this night as well. I overheard her repeating “I’m getting ready to take another shot” to one of the workers, and she came back shortly afterwards laughing.
