Krystal — Restaurant in Smyrna

First and foremost I want to say; the service at this Krystal Burger was great! My two star has zero to do with the service. The people running it and the people who navigated our very large orders to us were pleasant, kind, Helpful and they all had wonderful personalities! They were thoughtful enough to come over at least twice to make sure we were doing okay and to see if there's anything else they could get for us. We were a rather large group and one of our wonderful family members even spilled her drink and they promptly had someone come over to mop it up and assure my aunt that it was no problem! The restaurant was clean and tidy (outside of the bathroom... I literally had to wait till we got to the hotel...)! I do have to say though... We are from Virginia and it's rare that we make it down south to get to a Krystal Burger. I had the great memories of what Krystal Burger was like when I was a kid and all the trips we took always ended with us at Krystal Burger. This time around however the burgers were soggy and greasy. There was more mustard than there was a burger and we asked for some extra pickles and it seemed as though somebody just took a handful, slapped them on top and placed a bun on it. The meat didn't have any flavor and was slightly chewy. I hope if Krystal Burgers sees this they know that this is a no way intended to be some long spiel about us being disappointed by them... Quite the contrary! Krystal Burger has always been such a great memory for me that involves family and late nights and great conversation served up with a deliciously warm and tasty cheeseburger! If anything I hope it just encourages them to maybe get a little bit more back on their burger game. I still love the memories of Krystal Burger and I can't wait to return in a few years and try them out again!

I Love me some KRYSTAL’s However this Location is by far the worst I’ve Experienced in the last 4years and counting because it’s not many Krystal’s anymore. I usually don’t Review but I’ve had enough. I Patronized this place 4/15/2025 (wed) I only encountered 4 employees. Two Staff was sitting in Parking lot. Then getting out of the car a Mother and Daughter duo who work there. The Cashier was nice. The cook/prep looked irritated to fix order. The Sign CLEARLY Stated pick5 for $5.55. They asked where did I see it ?? Ummm outside on Billboard. The two outside persons proceeded to challenge me went outside and insisted I was wrong. I politely told them my eyeballs work. Then as I questioned again they made up a story about Management however the mother of the duo workers stated she was a manager. I don’t play about my food so since I had Already Paid before looking at my charges I didn’t won’t anything happening to my order from the Ghetto situation, so I just let it Ride. However once my order arrived I told them that’s isn’t okay because it’s hard out here and everyone dollars count these days. The fake manager proceeded to get rude brush me off like o well with no sympathy or compassion. When it was time to eat the Bread was ROCK HARD , and the Chili had multiple huge lump Ground beef with Hard FRIES. Lobby was Clean. Never again! And I Love Krystal’s. This is Unacceptable when my money is involved. This is not the 1st horrible experience at this Location. Where are the old honest and...

This is the worst place...if i could rate it minus I would.i have went there at least 15 times or more i stop by as im going home from work..yes its late but its ALWAYS BEFore 2am. 1 time i have been served.when you pull around if a live body greets you the 1st thing is oh ! Im sorry we are out of krystals for the night..if you say ok i want chili cheese pups...oh im sorry we are all out of chile..!!! That's if the speaker is WORKING !!99%of the time the lights are on but no one ever comes to the speaker.. on many times its got a sign on it that says PULL AROUND TO WINDOW.. when you pull around its the same thing..OH ! IM SORRY WE ARE OUT OF KRYSTALS/CHILE/WHATEVER YOU ASK FOR THEY DONT HAVE...or.....oh our computers are down can't take any orders..this place it a mess..it should be CLOSED and they ALWAYS have an attitude like i done want to serve you i want to go home to.. ..yeah its Lare but this place offers LAYE NIGHT SERVICE...if you dont like your job get another one..you need to stop being rude STOCK UP ON WHATEVER YOU ARE ALWAYS OUT OF ...answer the drive thru .. because you cars are parked out side and you ARE IN THE...AND DO YOU JOB!!!!I I'd RATE IT A DOUBLE 00000... thank goodness there is a MCDONALD'S right next door that's got GREAT service.... i would not recommend this place...
