I went to the Smyrna Kids Safety Day. They had the new play area/museum (don't remember the name), open to the public and the new pool area. The entire place was spectacular! It was good fun for several hours. They have a padded style room for the kids to play in. You have to be a certain age to go up to the top and wear closed toed shoes, but it was pretty cool. I will definitely be going back for my daughter to go to the top. Plus the pool area had an awesome splash pad playground for the kids. It has giant water slides and a pool. There was a discovery room inside for the kids to learn about wildlife and nature. There were several interactive activities to do inside as well.

Besides just that, the playground in this park is gigantic. Literally the biggest playground I've ever been to. They have several platforms for multiple ages.

There's also a splash pad in Smyrna that is great as well. I think Smyrna is exceeding expecations and going above and beyond to make this a wonderful city! It is truly great to be a parent...

This place has a very nice public pool with kids play area and other activities...very reasonably priced with the only drawback it has a fairly low max capacity and it meets that amount of people alot..if you go go during the week or get there early on weekends...opens in summer.smyrna skate center is right behind the pool and there's a very nice park with large play area right down the street .good place to wear out a bunch of kids for a relaxing quiet...

Looking for an old school playground where kids can be kids, run around, and test their limits? The Lee Recreation area is your spot. Kids might scrape their knees here, or worry about being too high, you know the formative experiences that make kids cool people. It's got an amazing massive playground structure, swings, tire swings, hand sliders, climbing structures, rocks, trees and fields, a hand ball court, pavilions, tennis courts, baseball...

Really nice place but be careful bc they have private parties & the cap is 350. So you might have to wait in line to get in. Best to get there when they open at 10am. Has a reasonable snack bar but you can bring food in.

Bello lugar.
