I recently had the privilege of attending a corporate event organized by our company, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The event exceeded all my expectations, and a significant part of its success was due to the exceptional hosting skills of Chelsea.

From the moment I walked through the doors, Chelsea's warm and welcoming presence set the tone for the entire evening. She effortlessly engaged with each and every attendee, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. Her professionalism and enthusiasm were contagious, creating an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation for what was to come.

Throughout the event, Chelsea expertly navigated the program, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. Her attention to detail was impeccable, as she effortlessly coordinated various activities and kept the event on schedule. Her ability to adapt to any situation and handle unforeseen challenges with grace and poise was truly remarkable.

Chelsea's ability to captivate the audience was second to none. She effortlessly commanded the stage, providing entertaining and insightful commentary that kept everyone engaged and entertained. Her charismatic personality and natural ability to connect with people of all backgrounds created an inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.

Furthermore, Chelsea's dedication to ensuring the satisfaction of each guest was truly commendable. She took the time to personally interact with attendees, addressing any concerns or questions they had. Her genuine interest in our experience made us feel valued and appreciated as participants in the event.

In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible corporate event we experienced and the outstanding hosting skills of Chelsea. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with people were exemplary. Thanks to her efforts, the event was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.

I wholeheartedly give our recent corporate event and Chelsea a five-star rating, and I highly recommend both to anyone seeking a memorable and...

Let me start off by saying that the arcade, laser tag, and bumper cars are fun and enjoyable and I've never seen or had any issues in that area of Stars and Strikes. But if you are going for bowling, their prices might be fairly competitive compared to other bowling centers but be aware that they rarely oil the lanes, a few of their lanes go down frequently and they only have servers on duty half the time even though they make you pay by time instead of per game. Be careful ordering "signature drinks" if they have party punch containers out at the bar because on several occasions I have witnessed the General Manager making them at opening and leaving them out unrefridgerated for sometimes over 8 hours despite being informed of FDA standard of 2-3 hours maximum, not only risking customer safety but also their sanitation overall when you see how apparent their fruit fly problem. On top of witnessing this practice I have also witnessed the same individual cross contaminating the same drink mixtures by using the same spoon to stir each punch without washing in between mixing and sometimes leaving the spoon out for hours without washing then using it again to stir the drink mixtures. The food there is decent but slightly overpriced and I honestly don't know if I would trust the food, given that the same General Manager spends a lot of his time in the kitchen, so there's no garuntee food isn't being cross contaminated back there as well, not to mention the possibility of food being left out for countless hours leaving open risk for salmonella. If you are going for the arcade section then you are safe, if it's bowling you will probably have a good time, but if you are getting food and or beverages just be cautious because you might leave with food poisoning if you...

Not a pleasant experience. The place is extremely confusing and unorganized. We bought laser tag and arcade cards. Took my son to play laser tag, there were no employees around the door and the clock on the wall said it was time for the next game. So we walked in the door...apparently we weren't supposed to do that as we were rudely informed by a staff member. My son was only able to do laser tag twice the whole night even though we paid for unlimited because of "private parties". My husband and I went to the bar and our bartender had some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Instead of asking us if we wanted to order, she stood there chatting with her friends. She finally came and took my order...which she got wrong. And then she didn't take my husband's order, just completely ignored him and went back to chatting with her friend. The beer was warm. We ordered a pizza at the kiosk and about 30 mins later I got 10 texts saying my order was ready. I went to the bar to pick it up and they said it was at the snack bar. I went to the snack bar and they had already put my pizza in the warmer to serve to other customers by the slice...it had only been 5 minutes! The staff working at the prize counter was also extremely rude. The only polite person was the gentleman who was helping at the bar. Get better staff, it can make or break...

The food looks amazing, but due to it coming out on a robot it's verry Unsanitizing.people stop the robot. From my health Inspector point of view.I would never eat there. I would be afraid of getting sick. The tray that the food comes out on,they only wiped down one time a day abd that's at the end of ever shift when they close. There were kids Dancing around the robot that Was transporting the food and the kids hair was flying everywhere. I spoke with the cook And he was very disrespectful. If I recall correctly I think his name was john. I understand kids are gonna dance around the robot because it plays music. But there needs to be some kind of tray Covering the food, Due to The fact kids and running around enjoying the the vedio games, The cook's response was:: people need to handle their children more better... It didn't have nothing to do with the children at that moment my concern was how you tranport the food and how you deliver it. I couldnt even order at the front desk and it be brought to me there. And even if i order at the front desk my food would still come on the robot. I even spoke with the management and she was respectful but said due to everything in the world being Technology based this is how they do it. What happened to servers bringing me my food? You're making it to where people don't have to work and can be lazy.

My friends and I visited this bowling alley and were disappointed by the overall experience. Upon arrival, we waited for 6 minutes without being helped, while employees simply stared at us as we waiting at the counter to pay for bowling. The manager, Clayton, noticed we weren’t being attended to but failed to instruct his team to assist us. Once we started bowling, we ordered food, which took over 35 minutes to arrive—just simple tenders and fries. Our server, Heather Nolting, seemed unaware of where our food was until a robot delivered it 5 minutes later. We also ordered a lemonade online, which arrived 20 minutes after we finished bowling. When we asked Heather about the order, she had no idea we had even placed it. Throughout our visit, she and her coworkers, including the manager, were sitting together at a table, slouching, and providing poor customer service. Clayton, the manager, was present and observed the lack of service but did nothing to address it or apologize. It was a slow day, so there’s no excuse for such inefficiency and disregard for customers. It’s unfortunate because this is a nice bowling alley, but the terrible food service and lack of attentiveness really ruined the experience. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before visiting.
