Atmosphere and service: I absolutely love this place! It is so welcoming, the signatures and messages everywhere to me feels like the food matters more than anything. Of course still keeping it clean, though, I didn't see a single knat, fly or anything, which is so unusual to me! My server was such a sweetheart, unfortunately I'm not to good with names but I was in one of the elevated booths, and it was so nice! I wasn't sure what I wanted, and my father had asked about a specific option of food, server was genuine and told my father just in case that he may not like it, so my father didn't get it just in case! Fyi I went here 2 weeks ago but I remember it so well just not exactly the names of what we got. But I remember a few items we love to get anywhere! One more thing about my awesome server, I'm 15, and I have bad social anxiety, he was very patient, and helped me understand the menu a little better! Thank you!
Food: I love crab legs, I've eaten 10 pounds in a sitting, so I had high expectations, I got some scallops to! But I'll start from the top, hush puppies, oh my god, they were very hot, which I love. Their cocktail sauce is amazing with them, and once they cooled, I bit and my mouth exploded with flavour! Then we got our main course, put on my gloves which I love the unusualness of it, and started chowing, ate one corn on the cob, loving the sweet garlic it was in, not to strong, not to light. I then picked up the crab legs in which I crack them very easily, and ate it again, I have never had such perfect crab, beautiful amount of flavour within everything! Finished the crab legs super quick and told our server to give compliments to the chef. The only thing I'd change was the scallops, unfortunately my standards were still high, and the scallops, I put one in my mouth and was a little disappointed, it was quite rubbery, and the flavour of the garlic wasn't there, it was bland somehow. But my mother let me taste one of her muscles and I was astonished because I hate black muscles, but you changed my mind and convinced me no one else knows how to cook them that's why!
Overall: Keep doing everything the same, I'd rather have only one thing bad then multiple. I will most definitely be returning to this place ASAP, I will always now have high standards with every other restaurant I go to because of here. You've shown me what genuine seafood is and I honestly think the prices are to low for this...
   Read moreWe were greeted with a smile and sat pretty quickly. Our server came up with a huge smile on her face. I wish I could remember her name so I could let her know I apologize for embarrassing her. To start we ordered the letter 'C' combo. We were excited since we haven't been to juicy's since December. We got our food, and my chunky self started to dig in, but my fiancee stopped after one shrimp. She held up the second piece of shrimp and there was a hair on it. Almost like an eyelash. We informed our server. She apologized and brought it over to the manager to see. She then informed us that my fiancee would just get a different bag of seafood. The manager brought out the other bag, and said "It was weird. Almost looked like an eyelash". We were happy and eating. After my fiancee was halfway through, (believe it or not) there was another piece of hair after she dunked her potato in. We stopped eating after that, and called our server over. Our server than goes "oh my goodness we will get another bag". I proceeded to say "no it is okay we are done here. Don't worry about taking off the food because I know this seems like we planted it." As I got up to wash my hands and face, I overheard the manager state "it just doesn't make sense how it is on her food but not his". First off... You can't control how hair falls out and when. So I walk over there after hearing that comment and state "it did happen and as I stated I don't want free food, I will just pay full price for it". She proceeds to say "I already took it off and it is suspicious". Second... If I am offering to pay for my food full price, it isn't suspicious. The manager, who looked like a Karen, did not expect me to call her out after I overheard her. She then proceeded to just repeat herself instead of apologizing (like anyone who inconvenienced you would do). I felt so bad for our server because she was embarrassed shaking her head with how the manager acted (or me because I was very unhappy with how we were treated). Also Juicy owners, I know you might not care about us coming back, but we will not be going back to the restaurant. Having hair two times in your food plus the poor customer service from management has ruined your reputation. I hope we can save anyone else the pain of going to this restaurant.

   Read moreWe placed an online order through their app for pickup, about an hour before we got to the restaurant. Unfortunately, when we asked about the order they stated that they never received it, but we had email confirmations for both the payment and the order. Then we were also told that you can't pay for your order online, so why advertise that if it's not possible. We had to reorder the items and wait another hour. We received the food and got back on the road then all of a sudden after 45 minutes we received a text stating that our order had been received and would be ready shortly. Shortly after that we received another text stating that the order was canceled, because it wasn't picked up. We literally at this point decided not to return to this establishment. Fast forward to the taste of the food. We ordered Combo B with a mixture of crawfish, snow crab, & shrimp with the Cajun seasoning. Cajun seasoning means that you see and taste the seasoning and not anything else. This was not seasoned as it should have been, it was only grease. It was so much grease that it made my stomach upset. The crawfish was supposed to be a pound, but I probably had 6 crawfish in all, which is ridiculous. That is definitely not a pound. The meal was definitely not what we expected, nor was it worth what we paid for it.
