Taco Bell — Restaurant in Smyrna

I ordered $50 worth of food. The food was served quickly. As the young lady was handing me my food she said "Not trying to be rude but (at this point I braced myself for the rude comment) next time you order a big order don't use the drive thru. Come inside. I laughed at her and drove off. When I got home I realized that they didn't give me 3 of the tacos I ordered. They didn't charge me for them but the inconvenience was insult to injury. I returned to the store and told the manager on duty that as a heart patient I was insulted to be told I have to come inside to eat there. Then she proceeded to argue with me that people were getting fired for not serving orders through the drive thru fast enough. I then told her that was not my problem. I told her if I'm spending $50 for food I'll use the drive thru if I want. I asked for my tacos. Offered to pay. She make a snappy comment to the young lady on register that No its not free!!! I never asked for anything free. I made it extremely clear that I would pay. She argued more points with me and I then demanded my tacos. She mumbled things under her breath to another employee and never once apologized. I grew up in the service industry. I would never let this woman work for me. I will find another location to spend...

Pulled up to the menu and there was only one car ahead of me, paid at the window and she said pull around I'll bring it out to you. Pulled around and realized there were literally 5 other cars parked with their lights on just waiting. They could've said something at the speaker, and they could have said something at the window about being understaffed. Even better, they could've had us wait at the window for our order so there would be a visible line and customers can decide to go somewhere else. Instead they just kept pulling people around and having them pay without any indication they'll be waiting indefinitely. 10 minutes into my wait she brought out an order and called around to all the cars asking what everyone's order was. No one spoke up for it, so I highly doubt I'm the only one that gave up and drove somewhere else. She said they only had 3 people, but one of those people was moping around the lobby "cleaning" I didn't have 20+ minutes to sit and wait for 3 tacos tonight, so I drove off having paid for food I didn't get it. It is absurd to me that they just kept checking people out knowing they weren't able to keep up with the orders, and without saying a word about how long the...

I have been noticing a trend with this specific location and it is irritating to me so I know it probably infuriates others. The staff like to shut off all the lights inside and outside to make it seem as if they are close so they don't have to work. They prefer to get paid for doing literally nothing.

Another trend is they all like to stand outside for multiple hours smoking and talking like they are at a party and when someone pulls up to order, they get an attitude. If you don't want to work there then get a different job.

I have went there several times for UberEATS and I have had bags shoved in to my hand as if I am inconveniencing them, I have had the girl at the window slam the window shut while I am in the middle of asking her a question, I have had them roll their eyes at me when I mentioned they forgot a drink. The staff is rude. Someone I know had a live roach in their taco and the guy told him "sorry we can give you a free taco." This location...
