Terrible Experience at this Gym
I had a truly awful experience with this gym. They initially lured me in by promising a membership without any cancellation fees, only to pull a complete 180 when I tried to cancel. To my shock, they attempted to charge me a whopping $350 for cancellation! I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. The complete lack of consideration from the customer service and owner is a real disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and find a gym that actually values its members.
It is evident that the person responding here may not fully understand the principles of good customer service, which underscores my concern about this company's commitment to its members. When I initially signed up, it was for a month-to-month service. However, the individual who signed me up miscommunicated this detail. During a recent recorded conversation with your payment service company, I was informed of an amount different from what your company presented, which seemed unreasonably high. This discrepancy raises concerns of misconduct on your end and highlights a deficiency in your customer service.
I'd like to clarify that I did not attempt to engage in theft. I made multiple attempts to cancel my membership in advance, and I reached out to the gym several times with the same intent. Furthermore, I made multiple calls in an effort to address this issue fairly, as it was clear that an error had been made on your part. These conversations are all on recorded lines, and they demonstrate discrepancies between the amount communicated by your payment service company and the amount presented by your company. This raises doubts about the effectiveness of your internal processes and suggests that your business practices may not be entirely sound.
I understand that businesses may face challenges, and quotas may go unmet, but it is crucial not to resort to unnecessary overcharging. A successful business should prioritize serving its customers rather than exploiting them.

This affords me the opportunity to pay one price, but have access to a number of gyms. Itās honestly the best gym membership out there. As such, I have worked out at LA FITNESS, planet fitness,m and Snap Fitness in the area. Titanz trumps all of these. Snap in Vinnjngs would be a close second.
What makes this the best gym? Itās open 24/7. Itās the cleanest gym. They have machines that you will not find at the competitor gyms. The members are awesome( friendly and supportive) They have a sauna They rarely have machines that are out of order. If they do m, the my will not be out of order forever. The playlist the have going is always on point! I often feel like I donāt even need my own music.
I have been working out at this gym pretty consistently lately. It is a gym for people that are serous about working out. I am not saying that you should not try this gym if you are new to working out. I actually feel like itās a good place to work out when you are new to working out as the members will motivate you to push yourself a little harder for the results you want. I am the kind of person that enjoys working out around people that look better than me. When I am doing a set and I glacĆ© over and see bulging biceps or 6 pack abs I am encouraged to do some additional reps!!

Like most gyms they make it extremely inconvenient to cancel your membership. The main purpose of why I joined the gym was because it was close and convenient to my house & work and they failed to tell me when I joined that they would be moving their location shortly after I joined. My access card never worked from day one and I was told that the issue would resolve itself by one of their staff members. They also told me that I could pay cash each month and they would not automatically charge my credit card, which they lied about. When I tried to cancel my membership I shared all of this with Anita at the front counter and she wasn't very helpful. When I called back to speak to Daniel to complain I was told he doesn't handle membership concerns by Ashley and that I would have to email Rachel. When asked for a phone number for Rachel they wouldn't give it to me because it was her personal number. Talk about passing the buck & lack of customer service! Not very attentive or helpful or understanding of your customers.... meanwhile they just keep auto drafting money from my account to a gym that I cant access after certain times of the day. An they are going to continue to bill me for 30 days of a gym that I cant access! I would strongly urge you not to join this gym because you will get this type of treatment,. Not a professional...
