This store has beautiful products and very good quality however their customer service is lacking desperately (and need of a make over) . I've gone there twice and both times I seem nonexistent to the staff (today I just left) . It's unfortunate, and because they don't have pricing on many of their items and you do need a salespersons assistance. However if they never acknowledge you (even a simple "Hello if you have any questions let me know" ) then you are left to wonder. I believe if the service is not great in the very beginning it will most likely not be good later if you have a problem with the product. This is why most people are shopping online. I love supporting local businesses however stores like these should take a page out of the Ritz-Carlton book on customer service.
