Can’t even write a review of the food because we never got it! We ordered online an hour before close, we got there, and at first they said they didn’t have the order/didnt receive it. But then looked at the order ticket that was hanging up. So it seems like they had, in fact received it. Then she said they didn’t have mozzarella sticks. Then she asked if she wanted my husband to make it (she asked “do you even want me to make it”) or something along those lines. My husband felt bad because they were about to close. Now we can’t figure out how to get a refund because it was through their website but she didn’t say he could get a refund in store. She didn’t really say anything. The orders have your phone number on them, so if you didn’t have mozzarella sticks, why wouldn’t you just call and ask if we wanted something else? Furthermore, why would you just not make the entire order? I’ve never been here before. Honestly I haven’t heard good things about this place from people in the area I know because of the service, and I tried it anyway but now I see for myself that they in fact have bad service. It really seems like the lady just didn’t feel like making the food. Save yourself $30+ and go...
Read moreA very quaint spot that's easy to miss if you're not looking carefully. I wandered across the place while staying at an AirBnB in the area and had the chorizo tacos. Based off the positive reviews on the charming chalkboard on the front counter, my expectations were high. My expectations were not only surpassed, but completely blown out of the water. The tacos were piping hot and packed to the edges with chorizo. The perfect mix of crunchy sweet onions, savory grilled onions, cilantro, and a palette cleansing turnip helped each taco remain distinct, not twice as delicious as the last. The crown jewel of the tacos were in the salsa verde: a sweet, sour, and refreshing medley that completed the whole experience. Each element adds so much to the food that it overwhelms the senses in a euphoric way. I hungrily await my next visit to Ocean City in hopes of enjoying these tacos again in...
Read moreI moved here from the Wildwood area 3 years ago and have been trying to find a better-than-average cheesesteak since arriving. I know where to go for the goods if I want to drive 15-20 minutes, or go through the hassle of not being able to call in an order, but am looking for my 1-mile radius place. I think I found it here. Just tried this place for the first time for a simple cheesesteak. It was good. Soft roll, seasoned meat with fried onions and American cheese. I ordered at the counter since it was my first time and he whipped it up quick. Nice and hot and wrapped nice (I ate it about 15 minutes after I got home and it was still hot). Will definitely get another cheesesteak, but also looking forward to...
