Somerset Cinemas 8 — Attraction in Somerset

Ok so we went to see a Minecraft movie right, it was good but we had an issue during the movie that was brought up to the manager on duty but they didn't really do anything about it. There were these people there in the top row throwing candy at people, and I got hit a few times myself and so finally I went up the front and told the manager. Well the manager came in and told them to stop throwing it, I personally thought they should ve been escorted out because multiple people came up to the front complaining about it. Well the movie kept going and then they started being loud and annoying and screaming basically for attention. Then proceeded to throw candy again once the manager left. Movie ended and they started walking out and before they left the room they turned and threw candy at me and my wife again because they were mad I told on them. Manager should've done more than what he did and kicked them out because they caused a disturbance the entire time and didn't do anything about it but just told them to stop even tho they never did. It's a good theater tbh but probably won't come back after the experience we had tonight. Couldn't even enjoy a night out with my wife because of people ruining the experience for us. If I could give this movie theater 0 stars I would have in a heartbeat! I purchased 5 tickets for the 130pm show for moana which I figured would be packed so I came 45min early only to find huge slow moving lines for concessions, ZERO SEATS available to sit in even though I have purchased 5 tickets. The manager went o help me find seats and verified that there are no seats left becasue children 2 and under are free and must be taking up all the seats. So $40 on tickets $40 on concessions and my children have to sit on the stairs and watch the movie (which mind you is a fire hazard. this is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD I will never come to this movie theater again! How do you sell tickets and not have enough seats bodies should be counted when entering or children 2 and under should have to sit on the adults lap so people that paid can actually enjoy the movie. I was offered a movie in 3D so now we have to wait another hour to wat h the movie and I didn't want 3D but my kids have been so excited to see this movie I couldn't say no so here we are waiting 2 hours to see a movie when I purchased tickets the day before to ensure we would have a ticket and seats....

Bought tickets online to by pass the line however once got into the theater it was completely full. We were sitting in the 7th row back from the screen. Seats need to be lowered as sitting on the floor they block prevent you from seeing the entire screen. Less than amused I ask the lady that was taking tickets if the theater was open, and she said it would be a few minutes. They then started seating people and this could have been prevented had a line not been wrapped around the gate in the lobby! WHY WERE PEOPLE NOT BEING SEATED BEFORE 7 PM EST. THE MANAGMENT BETTER BE HAPPY THAT I DIDN'T WALK OUT AND MAKE THEM PROCESS A REFUND FOR ALL 4 TICKETS! WORST PLACE EVER! WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR A LONG WHILE! I would have much rather went to the Movie Tavern to see this movie sure I would have paid more, but would have been more comfortable, and had access to a full service restaurant, and bar. Super annoyed with this theater in general I'd suggest the above be corrected before I will visit this theater again to watch ANY...
