Somerset Peddler's Mall — Attraction in Somerset

I am a frequent out of town visitor to the Somerset Peddlers Mall. I went for a visit today, July 16, 2021. I have never had a more rude and disgusting customer service experience in my life. I too work in a vendor mall so I am fairly well versed in the way you should treat customers. I had several items in my cart, I found two very large lamps that I was excited to purchase. Being as large as the pair was I put them in my cart and headed to the front desk to see if I could leave them there while I finished shopping. I read the sign on the table behind the checkout counter that said it was for returns only and any items left there would be put away. So I walked to the male cashier, I believe his name is Jeremy, and kindly said excuse me, sir. Her turned around with a mouth full of dip and I proceeded to try to ask my question. He rudely interrupted me before I could finish and started yelling that I could not leave anything I was wanting to purchase up front, all the while with his “dip juice” spraying out of his mouth into my face and all over the items in my cart. After this I walked around a little more and decided anyone that would allow their employees to treat loyal customers, that they may not recognize because I live over 2hrs away, like this does not deserve my hard earned money or patronage. With all this being said the so called “boss lady” was standing right next to this man and didn’t say a word to him. So needless to say. I abandoned my cart and I will not be returning to the Somerset Peddlers Mall anytime...

I will start by saying I've been a customer of this peddlers mall for years. Until now after I purchased two knife sets yesterday both taped shut well I get home and one of the sets is incorrect it has a used block and only a few knives both the block and knives did not match what was on the box I come in today to exchange it or get a refund I show the attendant at the front that the block is old and the knives don't match she tells me to go get a replacement and she'd call the vendor when I return to the front desk the same attendant proceeds to tell me that "the block is older than my grandma" I ask her is she trying to say I'm trying to scam them she tells me to "calm down you're proving my point" as I begin to become upset she then opens the box I'm exchanging for and counts out the number of knives and in a condescending tone tells me that one is correct and all there I ask her if she'd like to see my receipt spending over $100 the day before and ask why would I try to get an extra knife set or scam for 20 dollars she didn't want to see my receipt or look at cameras she just wanted to subliminally accuse me of theft/scamming she was the rudest most disrespectful person I've come across in a long time I don't know if she is friends with the vender and was trying to protect them but this is not how you treat paying customers and I would recommend that no one give this place a dollar of your hard earned money! I just love the peddlers Mall. It has a little bit of everything a person could be looking for. If you can't find something you're looking for there then you most likely will not find. They have cheap prices on everything they have they have quality stuff even have pretty friendly employees. There's stuff there that is old stuff there then it's new and it all has good prices. So maybe more people need to sell there to help this business grow even bigger because it is a great place to shop at. Also it helps the locals to grow their business even more and cut out the whole Facebook market which is most of the time or bunch of scammers and it's become more aggravating than it's worth so start going to peddlers Mall you will find what you're looking for there. Just remember it is up beside Big lots. You will not regret going there. They have antiques that you will not find anywhere else. They have comic books they have trading cards they have knives they have everything you could want. There is also video games for game systems. They have food also. There's clothes there there's tools there is everything there. What more could I say just go there and find out and look around and you will find what...
