I highly recommend Wells Fargo Bank, specifically, the east Sonora branch. Their tellers, bankers and manager have helped me since we moved to Twain Harte, California. Especially when my account was hit with fraud on 10/3/23! They helped me secre my assets and file a claim either fraud prevention services.
