Bought furniture and were happy with what we got. Along with getting new furniture, we paid to get our old furniture removed. Guy ringing us up said it was no big deal and would take our old sofa and chairs. After we get our new couch set up, one of the employees tells us they will come back to take our chairs. Hours pass, no word so we decide to call up the store. We were told, "Oh you guys had a different kind of couch so we changed our mind on taking your chairs" was then told we could do a separate transaction for them to come back. Understandable but no phone call or notice to let us know that "They changed their mind". Really? Very unprofessional that they can't...

I walked in and let me tell you!! Beautiful furniture and the sales guy forgot he's name but he's gooodd!!! Anyway bought my wife a $3,000.00 dollar white leather sofas and Matt took care of me with professionalism.

Joe the delivery guy was great with young helper very respectful, polite and professional exactly what I look for to have when going inside my home, even if is for a short delivery as my kids and Beautiful wife are in it!!

Walked past sales people. Not greeted. Nor serviced. Never approached or asked if they could be of help or answer any questions. Ready to buy CA King mattress. After waiting 5+ minutes I walked by sales people, again. Again they showed no interest in making a sale or asking if I needed assistance. So I kept walking - out the door, with my $$$.
