Phone Hospital — Attraction in South Bend

I would definitely NOT recommend this business. I had my phone screen replaced at a cost of almost $175. Once home and after pulling the phone cover off the screen was not properly glued on as it was peeling away from the phone. Also, the trim around the phone was all cracked and broken which the tech must have done when prying the screen off. It was not like that when I handed it over...but they tried to hide it by putting the phone case back on. They replaced the broken parts after I complained.

Four months later my screen froze up and it went black. Took it back in and all I got was the LCD screen is defective and we have a 60 day warrenty.

Spending $175 for it to work 4 months is some shady workmanship. Save yourself the hassle and use the money this business tries to steal from you on a new phone.

The prices are also ridiculously over priced as well. This part goes for $100 on Amazon and it was a 5 minute fix after watch a YouTube video.

For your response I never dropped any gym weights on my phone it fell at the gym on a carpeted floor and cracked the screen. The mid frame was cracked by you as I removed the phone cover and wiped my phone down before coming into the mall. Nothing was damaged except for the screen. I would've noticed the frame falling apart. I also came back on the 23rd to have it looked at it again and you told me that since the phone vibrates when I put my finger on the sensor that the LCD screen is defective and you handed me the phone back and said 60 day warrenty is up...never did you say let me check to see what's wrong. The ear piece was another issue probably due to the glue that was placed on to seal the screen back up after it started pealing up. Probably leaked into the ear piece.

Should've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges when I noticed the screen was pealing back and the phone was cracked. Learning...

I went to apple store inside the UP Mall to get my phone repaired and they said they didnt have enough time to complete the repair that same night. I was about to just buy a new phone but I'm an old Virgin Mobile customer and its always a pain getting the right sim card and activating the new phone, specially when boost bought virgin and I had a sprint sim card and T-mobile and sprint were merging. Before going to the Apple store I was talking to the South Bend chocolate factory lady and she said she recommended phone hospital so I noted that in my head. Well went over there after stopping by apple and asked what time do you guys close? He said we close at 7pm and it was just a little pass 6pm. So I showed him my iphone 11 pro, the screen was not registering any inputs from my hands and the screen was to the point where it wouldnt turn on. He said no problem, heres my quote and I'll get it done. 20 minutes go by and hes done. The phone is like brand new, the costs was relatively the same as apple the only difference was he could get it done that same night no...

My tablet absolutely would not charge. I took it somewhere else first before coming here. Big mistake! I should have just taken it here first. To begin with, I brought it in on a Monday afternoon and was told that they didnt have the usb port in stock, but that they could order it, fix it, and have it ready by Saturday or Sunday at the latest. Thursday afternoon, I got a call telling me that it was ready to be picked up. The price was exactly what was quoted to me earlier in the week. The three guys that were there remembered me from when I dropped it off, explained to me exactly what they did, showed me that it worked and told me to contact them if I had any issues or questions.

Maybe it's just me, but it seems like the new usb port is a little more solid than the factory version. My old one always had just a bit of wiggle to it; the one they installed doesn't move at all. Everyone there was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. I'll definitely go back the next time I need something repaired! Great place, great staff, very convenient location...
