Terrible place. I ordered for delivery on a Monday the floods came I called and said you can come Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning and asked to add something to my order and the person on the phone told me they could add it and it would be included in my delivery that was supposed to come tonight ( Tuesday). I paid online through a link they sent me and I was NOT informed there was a $17.56 processing fee. I called the store Tuesday night when the driver was still there to tell them I didn’t receive my complete order that I already paid for. They apologized and apologized and said it will be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday comes delivery time passed I call the store apologize apologize blah blah it’s not going to be delivered tonight. Thursday I drove to the store had to explain my story all over again and they want to apologize apologize apologize. Won’t refund me my money want to give my my pen I ordered. Finally I say and what are you going to add to get me out of here. He adds a 1G disposable after I just spent a total of $268.44. I went into Rush Budz for the first time and I must say the place was very clean and welcoming. The staff were very warm and friendly but not that educated on the Camino gummies that I was so excited to try since I am not a smoker. I explained to the gentleman I wanted something that’s going to give me a lift make me feel up and alive so he sold me the Camino gummies and explained they would do just that. When I arrived to my home I looked at the can again noticing he sold me the chill Camino gummies. I was very confused so I returned to the store to let him know the ones he sold me say chill on them which now after doing my research I should have been sold excite or up lifting. He again explained to me it was the correct one and even went to the back to ask the owners and they stated all of them say chill. Again I’m new to this didn’t want to go back and forth with them so I just left. I will not return to this dispensary because now I feel they are not educated on the things they are selling.
