Parking is free ! You can just stroll around or sit on the benches provided ! It can get very chilly when it’s breezy and if you are sitting in the shade. Many people walking with their dogs . Please leash them . You can see bears wandering around minding their own business . Has a very good view . Relax and enjoy 😉!

Free convinient parking for this beautiful beach. One of the best and well maintained beaches in Tahoe I would say. The parking space is ample. I went in the morning hours between 9 to 10 and didn't have to struggle at all. The entrance and exit routes are separate so remember not to go back the way you entered.

The park is very clean. Nice view of the lake. Clean public toilets. Free parking. There is a children's playground with slides. If you need a place to rest and eat before going down the mountain, this is a great place.

I went in the morning hours between 9 to 10 and didn't have to struggle at all. The entrance and exit routes are separate so remember not to go back the way you entered.

Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe,...a little ramp to walk down. If there is snow, hang on to the rail, or put some spikes on your shoes to be safe. Off season,...meaning snow,... restrooms are locked up. But a nice little walk with kids and critters are easy. Even though the parking lot was locked,...easy parking on street. Catch...
