I came here with my mom to have lunch.
Its so beautiful. You have to park across the street...but no worries.
As you cross the street their are bathrooms that are very clean.
Then you will find an area with a lot of picnic tables and bbq's...which you cannot use right now.
The tables overlook the water and mountains...absolutely breathe taking.
You can walk down the stairs to a sand beach and clear blue water.
Its a wonderful place to sit at the beach or for lunch...or just a peaceful place to pray..read...relax...or walk.

Read moreNice beach to get the first look and feel of Lake Tahoe. The drive from Sacramento to Lake Tahoe was beautiful as we gradually climbed the elevation. Parking spots are available across few blocks from the beach. I don’t think this beach is ADA accessible as there are couple of steps to climb down/up to access the beach. The beach also offers some rental paddle boats for ~$60/hour. These prices may vary.

The lower number of stars is due to the fact that Tahoe Tessie’s Beach Bites is located there and when they’re open they play super loud music that you’re forced to listen to anywhere on this beach. Not too bad if you like their choice of 80’s music, but not a fun place to be if you wanted peace and quiet while enjoying your view of this...
