I was thrilled to find this service prior to our arrival in Tahoe for long ski weekend and friend's birthday. I ordered online and was contacted by Teresa who offered to stock our condo prior to arrival. That was the best thing I could have imagined. When we arrived, it was so perfet to have everything available. It was so easy I called them the next day to see if they might get a cake and some balloons to surprise our friend. I used to spend the first couple of days of my vacation just getting organized and now I show up, everything I need is already in the house and I'm ready to relax.
