The beach was not all that clean, with the majority of the shoreline having a layer of algae goo that warded people from going in the water. Of course, the upside to this place for some people is that they can easily bring their dogs. For those of us that don't, we're greeted with a smell that is either sewage from the nearby facilities or some kind of poop. The smell alone makes walking on the beach unpleasant, and the beach itself is mostly a wet, compacted dirt, and any spots that were sandy were uncomfortable on the feet. I imagine that this beach only ever gets cleaned on an (in)voluntary basis.

Still, it deserves a second star because you can get from decent photos as it offers a pretty good view...
